Second time at this hotel and another excellent weeks holiday. Lovely hotel with good facilities. Went all inclusive, only downside the all inclusive stopped at 11pm which is early. This hotel has good food with plenty of choices, friendly staff and we also had a great room. Love the booking your sunbed app. Can't wait to return.

What can I say, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, We had a junior suite which was lovely and has access to platinum area. We enjoyed all the restaurants, bars and facilities in the hotel. What can I say, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, We had a junior suite which was lovely and has access to platinum area. We enjoyed all the restaurants, bars and facilities in the hotel. Would 100 % recommend this hotel, came home this morning and have already rebooked with hotel directly to return next October. Easy to get to the beach, shops and to local attractions.

“Very Pleasant Stay”

Just returned from a 2 week stay . Really enjoyed our time at The Guadamina Princess. On arrival staff member Lucia, was just fantastic, explaining in great detail everything we needed to know. Our room was large and very comfortable, but I didn't like the glass doors in the shower and in the toilet area. Extremely hard to close, and I would have liked a bit more privacy. Cleaning staff were excellent, with rooms cleaned to a high standard every day, incuding fresh towels, and bed linen twice . The food was very good, with lots of choices. We were half board, and we were very pleased. The restaurant staff at The Market Place were so welcoming, and very accommodating. We had 3 visits to The Roast Restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Entertainment was good most nights, but it's all about one's taste in music . The Bee Gee's tribute night was expecially good, and the night time sessions around the pool had a great atmosphere, and an excellent bar system too. We loved the app system for booking a sun bed, worked very well for us. But we did feel they were a little too close together. I loved the aerobic exercises in the pool, and also the fashion shows. Wasn't too keen on the beach area close to the hotel, but further along the coast, Playa Duque has a much nicer beach, and more upmarket restaurants and coffee shops. Over all, we had a good experience during our stay, thanks to the fantastic staff in all areas. .

A couple in their 30’s Hotel & Pool The hotel itself it stunning aesthetically. Pool areas also lovely. Plenty of sunbeds but must book on the app up to 3 days before. There is a lovely pool area with infinity pool for platinum guests also. The pool areas are super quiet, no music for most of the day. Light entertainment in the evenings, most people stay out and watch it which it nice. From what I could see it does very well to accommodate those with mobility problems. Lots of ramps and lifts to use. Lovely views for sunset. Food Let me start by saying we was part of the Platinum club, thankfully! The buffet ( Food Market restaurant) - The food was not good, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was fine, not much to complain about. Lunch and dinner is terrible, honestly no exaggeration. The buffet options were limited, very bland cold food. The saltiest Pizza on offer every day. You can also order from a menu if you are full board/all inclusive. Even the food served from this menu was awful. Also nobody tells you abut this menu option, we found out on our 6th day. The snacks at the bars- toasties, salad and ice creams. OK, no variety. Basic. The platinum restaurant- If you stay at this hotel, being part of the platinum package is your only opportunity for a good meal. The food in this restaurant was lovely for the main & dessert. The starters were from buffet and bland like the food market. Breakfast also available al la carte at the Platinum restaurant. The Roast restaurant – Meat based restaurant, very average unseasoned meat and sides. Super underwhelming. You must book in advance on the app for The Platinum and Roast restaurants. Drinks There are lots of bars open at different times. With all inclusive you can have SOME drinks from 10.30am to 11pm. Local Beers, Wines, Cava, spirits, soft drinks, bottled water (often warm). There are cocktails available for all inclusive too, but very limited and not great. Any additional cocktails you can have at a price of around 9 euros. Popular cocktails not included such as Aperol sprits, Daquiris, Espresso martinis etc. You would think booking the platinum package you could order most drinks at no charge, but this isn’t the case. All drinks are chargeable after 11pm for everyone, the bar closes at 1am. Cheeky. Ice coffee is also extra charge at 5 euros, which is crazy! Room The platinum rooms are on the lower floors so no chance of a sea view. The view is the walkway and Luuma restaurant opposite. The room itself is very nice. The shower was large and powerful, really good. The aircon wasn’t great. Room had a sewage smell in the evenings. The TV has more English channels than most hotels we have been to which was nice. The double bed is not one. It is two single beds pushed together with individual sheets and duvets for each person. Unfortunate we wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to the food and drink options. Really wouldn’t say it was worth the money compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Wouldn’t be too bad if you were Bed and Breakfast or Half board. We would rate the hotel 5/10 as a whole.
