Just had a great week there in room 378. Let’s start with negatives. Apart from the lobby, the hotel looks tired and in need of a tidy up including certain parts of the rooms. Food wise. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. Didn’t do lunch so we can’t comment. Evening meals were not great at all. And bordering on school dinner quality. Which forced us to eat out more. Lastly on the negatives. The all inclusive drinks menu was poor in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in. Basic tasteless local products. Quite a cost to upgrade to branded drinks. Now the positives. Our room was awful but we were moved to a nicer room without any problems. The beds were the comfiest I have encountered on Tenerife. Shame they aren’t a double but that’s the norm. Room cleaned every day to a high standard and re stocked with water. Basic but practical bathroom facilities. Over bath shower. No extraction but soon clears. Nice enough balcony with bistro set. Great adults only roof terrace. Bar could do with saying open longer but not a problem. NOW. The biggest and best attribute of this hotel, is its staff and management. They could not have done anymore to make our holiday any better. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them from check in to departure including many visits to the bar which is where they really shine. It’s nice to see the camaraderie between all the staff and management that served us and made it one of the best weeks we have had on the island. We go on a regular basis and will definitely be returning to gf Fanabe. Thank you all so much.

Had a fabulous holiday with my sister stayed in 431 can not fault anything at all. The bar staff were so attentive infact all the staff were so good at PR skills. We were there for both our birthdays the cleaners left lovely gifts and message on mirror. We never go back to same hotel the staff and friendly people make this hotel special. We are coming back for 70th birthday all booked hope 431 is available 🤣🤣see you all in2026 Best Wishes Elaine/ Joan

“Not a very quiet place. ”

The food was good and diverse. The friendly staff. For cleaning and English guests I gave 4 stars. Cleaning and renovations could still be done. And with the noisy and bold guests I don't know what to do. Only English music, English food, all for the English. I didn't really like it.

“Hotel in good position”

Good location ,close to shops and plenty of restaurants,staff very friendly ,room 363 sea view but over delivery area,after a few days we got used to noise in the end it didn't bother us .we were b and b,lots of choice ,rooms and towels cleaned daily..Hotel does attract a lot of stag and hen party… more

Good location ,close to shops and plenty of restaurants,staff very friendly ,room 363 sea view but over delivery area,after a few days we got used to noise in the end it didn't bother us .we were b and b,lots of choice ,rooms and towels cleaned daily..Hotel does attract a lot of stag and hen party's ,quite a few when we were there,entertainment is in the entrance to hotel,a few of the hens were dancing on floor with drinks in one hand and tryng to hold there skirts down with another ,while trying not to collide with staff carrying trays of drinks ..on the other hand we were entertained a few evenings by a lovely Spanish couple dancing..overall a good hotel hotel but not 4 star...
