The hotel was ok. Rooms clean, however slightly dated. The staff were friendly and very approachable. The food however in the hotel, was very below par. The hotel was ok. Rooms clean, however slightly dated. The staff were friendly and very approachable. The food however in the hotel, was very below par. Poor food selection, bland tasting and close to being inedible. Not worth going any more than bed & Breakfast at best. We aren't fussy eaters at all and really struggled to find anything to eat. We decided to eat out (some fantastic restaurants in the area, close by). Wouldn't likely return as much better hotels in the area. (4th time being in Costa Adeje)

We stayed at this hotel in October half term so it was very busy with families, which is what I expected, however due to it being October the sun only covered half of the main pool area which resulted in all the sun beds in the sun taken by 8.00am and they are very cramped in. We decided to go up to the adults area to sunbathe, this is nice, you could go up there at 12.00pm and still get a sunbed, however, it is a little bit lacking in atmosphere. Our room was on the 4th floor and at the front of the hotel, straight facing Babushka's bar, unfortunately this bar plays very loud music until 12.00pm We didn't get into our room till after 11,00pm most nights so it wasn't a massive issue for us but I would not stop at the front of the hotel again. The room and all of the hotel was very clean, the rooms are dated and the tiled floor in our room had cracked tiles and it didn't look clean, due to the grout, the rooms do need an update but the were clean. Breakfast was very hectic, thankfully there is a small section to the side of the main restaurant which was a little quiter, in terms of food at breakfast I thought it was a really good choice. The hotel is marketed as a 4 star, I have stayed in many hotels in Costa Adeje and this is not really a 4* but a good 3*. However, I think this is reflected in the price, you get what you pay for. I think if you are going to this hotel with children and like a lively atmosphere you will like it, there was lots going on all day the the children. However, if you are adults with no children I don't think this is the hotel for you. In terms of location, we really liked the location, near to the beach and shops, steep hill but that is good for working off your breakfast.

Arriving at the hotel it was a quick swift check in process. The room we were allocated was overlooking the main pool where the families were mainly based. We did not sit around this pool as it was mostly in the shade. The adults only area on the Solarium was delightful. Plenty of sun beds and parasols to choose from and lovely views across Adeje/Fanabe area. Fabulous bar area with plenty of seating. Just a shame it was all closed from 5.30pm. General facilities such as toilets were always clean and well kept. We based ourselves on All Inclusive which I didn’t think on this occasion represented good value for money. Majority of cocktails had to be paid for only a select few were available on AI. The restaurant needs an overhaul, we just didn’t think it provided a wow factor for the presentation of the food. Even though food was on hot plates it wasn’t hot. For a 4* hotel I didn’t think this was good enough. The bedrooms were very comfortable and plenty of room. We enjoyed our break in the resort but wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel again.

OK been to this hotel 5 times and isabel across road twice so I have been made a silver member. In that membership you get a few things extra,only a small few by the way.. OK been to this hotel 5 times and isabel across road twice so I have been made a silver member. In that membership you get a few things extra,only a small few by the way.. Hotel is well located in fanabe with good staff but it's lacking some changes. Rooms need updating, food needs some serious looking at, and pool.towels on beds in morning at 7.00 am is a bit much. We had this problem before here but was always able to get a lounger but it's got a lot worse. Now we went with 2 kids age 10 and 12 so we went bnb, been before half board but not great food, breakfast OK but afternoon and dinner no thanks. Also if ur thinking about all inclusive please look at prices for non standard drinks it will surprise u in the end. Look its a good enough hotel it's spotless and well located but needs changes. I hope this helps u to decide ur hols.
