This hotel is situated in a good area with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and beach. Rooms were good and cleaned daily and all staff very helpful and friendly. pools well managed by staff with access to children's area, games etc. good entertainment by staff during the the day to keep children happy around the pool. We did not eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food but there was a large well equipped restaurant. Based on our experience we would recommend this hotel

“Definitely not for us.”

We found the hotel very cold , the bedroom, the restaurant and the piano bar. We asked for blankets and more pillows which the hotel receptionist was happy to accommodate. We found the hotel very cold , the bedroom, the restaurant and the piano bar. We asked for blankets and more pillows which the hotel receptionist was happy to accommodate. We were on half board basis but ate out a couple of times because the food, although plentiful was very basic. Would recommend going all inclusive as even water was charged otherwise. We found all the staff helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very large and very busy, probably best for families. Overall the building was tired and outdated. The bedroom floors were filthy but otherwise fairly clean and spacious accommodation.

Rooms were spacious and very clean but beds and pillows were uncomfortable (in both of our rooms x2) resulting in aching bodies most mornings. Also very noisy with doors/balcony being on main road. Rooms were spacious and very clean but beds and pillows were uncomfortable (in both of our rooms x2) resulting in aching bodies most mornings. Also very noisy with doors/balcony being on main road. We were all inclusive and found the restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful , the food was a bit repetitive but ok always finding something to eat. It was always a struggle to get a sunbed at the main pool as always towels on beds from early morning. We had our 11 yr old granddaughter away with us and in our previous all inclusive experiences the animation team's have bombarded us with requests to participate in activities but we were never approached once by animation team who from my observations only seemed to be speaking to the Italian families. The evening entertainment was the typical kids club stuff which was ok but the the professional entertainment in "salon" or Piano bar (reception level) was disappointingly poor. I would rate this rate this hotel 3* rather than 4*.
