At first I was dubious due to reading the bad reviews on here. But this place is absolutely lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Rooms were very clean and spacious. Showers were powerful and hot. Views from the room were lovely. Great air conditioning. The staff were polite and friendly, even the cleaners would greet us everyday. The restaurant was huge and you never felt rammed in.. we went half board and there was different choices of meats and cuisine every day. Definitely worth adding the drinks option when you get there. It was €3.50pp per day for as many drinks as you like with your evening meal. So even 1 alcoholic beverage per couple per evening meal covers it. The cleaners left us little gift box with 4 lindt chocolates in on Christmas day. 2 mins walk outside the hotel to little shops and a lovely cafe that sold some great priced food and coffees. And then another 8mins walks to the beach and restaurants. Great for families and couples! We love it here and would 100% come back and recommend it Karly & Jason

“Enjoyed our stay ...”

We travelled as a family in December 2024. We paid extra for a pool view room, which is our preference. Our room was clean but a little dated. We travelled as a family in December 2024. We paid extra for a pool view room, which is our preference. Our room was clean but a little dated. We had to ask for a new TV remote as ours didn't work properly, this was delivered quickly. We had a phone in our room which wasn't connected to anything. Our room was cleaned daily. When I turned up at my room whilst housekeeping was there she marched me right out to prove it was my room, fory security and hers. Which after the initial shock I really appreciated. There are 5 pools at the hotel with one on the ground floor heated. It's cold to get in but once in you weren't freezing. I think the reason the pools were so cold was 1 it was December and 2 the pools are shaded by the height of the hotel itself. Food - the food was ok. What I would expect for an AI hotel although we chose to go half board so we had flexibility to go out for the day with the kids. I do think the hot plates that keep the food warm does dry out the food too quickly. There was lots to select from. Never saw anything undercooked. Eating area was clean. Entertainment - this is where I think the hotel really suffers. The hotel entertainment was poor. We went one night and never returned. Location - were a few minutes walk from supermarkets and other eateries including a Burger King. Close to the beach. We had access to free shuttles to Siam Waterpark. We experienced a storm whilst there and although the hotel looked messy for 48 hours. Once the storm had passed everything was cleaned up. They even managed to repair a pane in the front entrance which had shattered. Overall happy with our stay.

So I was a bit concerned when I read some of the recent reviews, and I would like to start by saying that we had a good time at this hotel - it is really well located, staff are friendly and helpful, we had a very spacious, quiet and comfortable room with an unexpected sea view from the terrace. The pools and gym looked good, and there was a lovely relaxing sun terrace on level 4 which I really liked. Beaches, pubs, restaurants were all just a short walk away. I would agree that the bathroom (also very spacious) and room in general could do with updating, particularly the shower area - the sprayer was held up by a hair bobble in our case (!); it worked fine but you would expect more from a four-star hotel and at this price. I also think a proper hairdryer would be better, and there should be an iron and ironing board in each room. I felt that it was disappointing again in a four-star hotel that coffee and tea should have to be paid for - this is not something I've ever seen before and we just ended up buying our own small jar of coffee. We were on a room-only package but paid €10 each for breakfast one morning (very cheap) - it was industrial in scale and while very plentiful, the price reflected the quality. Better breakfast options are available just a short walk away. Overall, I found prices very high for hotels this year - almost prohibitive. This hotel was actually the best value I could find that was close to where we wanted to be (we really like Costa Adeje) and I still consider it to have been too expensive! However, that's down to the market and not the hotel.
