The hotel was very clean staff were helpful. But found out food was not that good mostly cold. Always found something too eat but needed to use microwave witch are everywhere. To heat food. Entertainment was poor very everything shut bye 11 not good very poor

This is a big hotel in need of up dating. The check in process is a nightmare, we arrived at about midday no queues at reception but our room wasn’t ready asked to return after 2pm and when we did there must have been 50 plus families queued to register which took a while to clear. Why they couldn’t have done all the registration when we arrived and then we could just collect the keycard later, one touch and save time. The staff in the main were great and friendly, we were staying half board, all inclusive was available but the drink was very reasonably priced unlike some hotels also the food was pretty good overall. The room was dated but more than adequate, the kettle had to be plugged in to a lamp socket by the floor, health & safety not a consideration. Tea & coffee only supplied first day if you want more you have to pay, if you want more pillows you have to pay, if you hire a car and want to park it you have to pay.. etc you get the idea. Pool towels collected from reception leaving a €10 in cash deposit on each one returned on checkout. Lots of pools , ground floor ones in the shade a lot, noisy and on floor 5 in sun a lot, little shade and very few umbrellas. The Animation Team music was far too loud, as were many guests returning to there rooms shouting and laughing in the early hours echoing in the corridors in various states, may be a few signs asking them to keep the noise down after 11pm would be good.The maid service was ok in the main with beds made , towels changed although washing the cups wasn’t necessarily on her agenda or sweeping the floor. Watch out for pickpockets we had a pair of women trying to gain access to handbags right up to the front door of the hotel. Furniture getting threadbare also nowhere really to sit in comfort quietly.

Had a weeks stay here and it was good, definitely could be improved though. We had a ground floor room and was a very dull/dark room, had a sewage smell towards the end of the week, wasn’t the cleanest either and could do with spare pillows. Had a weeks stay here and it was good, definitely could be improved though. We had a ground floor room and was a very dull/dark room, had a sewage smell towards the end of the week, wasn’t the cleanest either and could do with spare pillows. We had a power cut for a few hours also during the night which wouldn’t be a problem for most but as I had a baby I could do with seeing her. Staff were polite and helpful. Food wasn’t the best glad we only did breakfast. Evening entertainment could do with going on for abit later seen as it was in such a big room but the kids club staff gave it there all, some of the acts were questionable after. Good location for shops and a short walk to the beach. Over all hotel could use a re vamp but still enjoyed our stay.
