“Nearly beach”

Nice friendly staff, every evening various good food, everything cleaned every day, Functional air conditioning. Nice view from rooms balcony to the beach. The beach is 2 minutes from hotel, Siam Park is like 15 minutes by walk. Big parking area.

Loved everything about this hotel, the location was perfect, close to Adeje and a 20 minute walk to the golden mile. The room was so clean and a good size. Cleaned and bed made every day. The food was good, but me and my partner went fussy eaters. There was always something good to eat. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning hopefully next year. Couldn’t fault anything at this hotel. Even though it was close to Veronica’s we couldn’t hear any noise.

Just arrived back from 10 nights at the troya.we arrived late due to being delayed at manchester airport the reception lady said evening meal will be finishing at 9.45 and we can go if we wanted.i had asked for a room on low level and near to the lift due to husbands mobility.we got a room on the 1st floor opposite the lift and opposite a door what took us to the resteraunt.the room was lovely and clean and the patio was a garden opposite palm beach hotel,we didn't mind some nights we would sit outside listening to there artist and once the door was shut you could hardly hear anything.the food was hit and miss,breakfast was basic and the evening meal was okay we tried some food we had never eaten ,popular food items went quickly and you had to wait for new food . You can get food during the day from the bar my son loved the chicken nuggets and chips which cost 6 euros but there was also other items you can buy.fridge in the room was free but if you wanted it filled by the hotel they charged you 25 euros for 12 items, we went to the supermarket close by got water and juice and milk because you have a kettle in room with a mixture of tea and coffee.we paid 15 euro per towel for the pool at the end of the holiday when you hand your towels back they give you your deposit back.the entertainment around the pool was excellent especially the foam party.sunbeds some days there was loads other days you found it hard to get one,people must have been leaving towels at daft o'clock to make sure you got a decent bed but you get that in most hotels.the pool was lovely and warm and not too deep they did have another pool which was a bit cooler and bit deeper.the entertainment at night was okay could be better for a 4 star hotel.staff friendly and helpful and was always pleasant.it was next to Veronica's which we didn't go near but went the other way which was nice to watch the sunset on the beach loads of bars and places to eat.we did eat at bora bora which was lovley and staff very friendly .it was a small walk to the beach which was good of you wanted a change from the pool.we did find that some guest was rude but the majority was very friendly.nice hotel in a lovely area nice and clean and would go back again.

This was our honeymoon, we arrived later than expected due too delays, staff were lovely and very accommodating, room Was clean and if suitable size, we had upgraded due too our honeymoon but seems they just added free access too spa which we did enjoy, we were half board the breakfast was the same every day but that wasn’t a bad thing as it was very good apart from the sausages, freshly made omelettes were the best! Lunch wasn’t great so we opted for dinner most days but even then we only stayed twice and decided too eat out the rest, pasta was ALWAYS swimming with oil no matter what dish it was 🤢 maybe just they way it’s cooked in Tenerife but not something that was enjoyable for us, pizza was the best and the salad was good too, over all the staff were amazing and the hotel was clean if we were too return it would just be bed and breakfast based, we didn’t receive any meals on our last day which we found very weird as we had a late evening flight home. We would recommend this hotel but on a bed and breakfast basis
