On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Our vacation was absolutely incredible and exceeded all our expectations. The service was top-notch across the board—from the waitstaff, bartenders, and concierges to the team in the gift shops. A special shoutout to Diana, our concierge, and our beach waiter (I’m so upset that I forgot his name, but he was so kind and even hugged my husband and I goodbye!!) for their outstanding hospitality. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and professional, truly excelling in their roles. The resort itself was breathtaking and impeccably maintained. And then there was the beach—an absolute paradise. The white sand and crystal-clear aqua water were simply stunning, and the area was beautifully kept. The umbrellas and lounge chairs were incredibly comfortable with spectacular views (we chose these over a cabana and couldn’t have been happier). With delicious drinks, unbeatable service, and a picture-perfect setting, it was an unforgettable experience.

“Maroma Beach 2025”

Secrets Maroma is absolutely breathtaking. The resorts sits away from the entrance. The lushness of the manicured garden was immaculate. The buffet breakfast and lunch provided a variety of international and local cuisine. I completely enjoyed the saxophonist in the mornings, the candlelight concert added a romantic touch. My favorite restaurants were the Asian and Mexican. The staff were very friendly with a smile on their faces.

“Family”
We enjoyed everything about resort. Everyone was friendly and kind. We will be returning. Leaving the resort was just as exciting. We went to a few excursions. The boat ride was fantastic. We stayed for 6 days and we wished we stayed longer. #family

“Good but not great for the price”
The resort was beautiful, and we enjoyed the amenities. We did go for work but extended our stay for a special occasion, and sadly we notified the hotel several times of the occasion however, it went unnoticed. The resort was beautiful, and we enjoyed the amenities. We did go for work but extended our stay for a special occasion, and sadly we notified the hotel several times of the occasion however, it went unnoticed. We were disappointed in the customer service aspect of the lobby attendees and receptionists. However, the servers and other staff were great and extremely friendly and attentive. We also were suppose to receive credit towards our excursion or nightly rate because we attended a sales pitch that was supposed to be 90 minutes (ended up being 2.5 hours) and the $200.00 credit WAS NOT applied to our excursion or room fee. We wasted a good amount of daylight for no reason.
