This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfortable and cozy accommodation during their vacations. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. The full kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy a home-cooked meal. Please consider: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
