This hotel is one of the best all inclusive hotels that we have stayed at. The place is absolutely spotless. The food is very good and the snack bar is like a restaurant serving some amazing dishes. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at that cater for all your premium drinks which are included in the all inclusive. The rooms have plenty of space for your clothes, so you don't have to live out of your suitcase for your holiday. Beds are very comfy. Dressing gown and slippers in your room on arrival. Bottled water replenished every day. Rooms could do with being upgraded. Bath with shower curtain and b-day in the toilet. Rooms are cleaned spotless evert day. Good size pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Toddlers pool and play area. Entertainment in the lounge at night were brilliant. Young lady by the name of Richanna was an amazing singer. We had a chat with her after her performance. Such a lovely lady. I must give a big thankyou to Elvis, the young man who did the entertainment activities. We had some great laughs with him doing the cocktail demonstrations. One night in the lounge he was dressed up as superman and had me and other guys dressed in women's skirts and dresses on the dance floor. Such a great laugh. He is an amazing person who made our holiday memorable. This has been a fantastic holiday and is a place that I would like to go back to in the near future.

“Exceptional”

What a superb week’s holiday. Landed back in the UK today. Truly amazing place. Would recommend. Staff work tirelessly for all guests. Food was excellent so much to choose from and Different Themes Nightly. Entertainment was to a high standard. Will definitely be going back.

The hotel is large and has lots of free car parking - to be honest, unless you're willing to chill-out in the hotel every day, you'd need a car because it's a remote location atop a steep hill, and although a hotel minibus runs down to the beach regularly, there is little to commend the few shops in Son Bou. We booked a car through Don-cars, collected at the airport and returned there- they were excellent. We went all-inclusive and it proved a good choice, as there is a range of branded spirits and beers/wines provided. Sometimes it takes a while to get a drink as it's waiter service (pool bar you can queue at the bar). The 3rd floor sea-view room was nothing special except for the view. The furniture was chipped and worn, but there is a fridge and small safe. The safe is free if you're all inclusive, but you pay 5e deposit which is refunded when you leave. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Bedroom Air-Con very unreliable and pre-set to 24 degrees. The beds were very good though. The bathroom is small, dark and worn, but plenty of hot water and good liquid soap/shampoo. Nice tv but poor 5 English tv channels - one is a kids channel. Maid was very good at re-making and cleaning the room, but never replenished the tea/coffee sachets despite multiple requests. Entertainment is budget, with generally singers performing to backing tapes, and one night Spanish dancers. A four piece Abba group and a Motown group sang, but again, backing tracks. Lovely grounds and foyer/library/indoor sports rooms. Lots of choice in the restaurant, and most of it was nice. We only saw prawns once in our 7 days though, and mussels twice. Breakfast is a scrum with a couple of hundred guests trying to get their food at once. The worst thing about breakfast was that you cannot get a normal sized plate. They put out side plates, not much larger than a saucer, and presumably this is part of a "portion control" program. Funnily enough, they don't do this at lunch or dinner? I felt like I wasn't trusted to judge the amount of breakfast my stomach could deal with, and try putting bacon, sausage beans, mushrooms and a fried egg on a tiny side-plate! Orange juice is not "fresh" unfortunately. Lunch is far more civilised - only the all-inclusive's generally take lunch so it was much quieter and easier to get your food. Dinner becomes more manic unless you get there between 7pm and 7-30pm, and big queues for what the hotel terms "show-cooking", but which mainly appeared to be griddling bits of meat. Lots of cheese, fruit and cakes on the buffet. I wouldn't go again mainly due to the remote location. Cala en-bosch and Cala Galdana looked far more suitable for those wanting to go outside the hotel occasionally. Staff were mostly friendly - a couple of females in the dining room never smiled, but otherwise everyone said "Ola" to guests.

“Nice hotel but one problem.”

Really nice stay, but one problem. Me and my family came in July and was all inclusive, rooms were nice, no problems. We were here for the Euros football final and there was many places to watch it, quiet, big & more. Our stay was great apart from me getting sunburn & on the 6th day the whole hotel… more

Really nice stay, but one problem. Me and my family came in July and was all inclusive, rooms were nice, no problems. We were here for the Euros football final and there was many places to watch it, quiet, big & more. Our stay was great apart from me getting sunburn & on the 6th day the whole hotel got woken up by the fire alarm which went off for 1 hour with the staff telling us there is no fire very briefly! Food was fine, good choice, bar offered ice creams, food & more. Overall nice as we were with Jet2holidays but the fire alarm would make me not come back here again.
