Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff all very friendly. Elvis was hilarious always a smile on his face his Spanish lesson made my week. View from my sea view room was incredible. Room kept clean and tidy. Food was outstanding. Drinks and cocktails all branded and measures definitely not skimped A good mix of nationalities which added to the ambiance. Lovely walk down to beach with shuttle bus back First hotel I’ve stayed at where there was no sunbed towel race ! Which was a pleasure. I can’t wait to return thank you

“Amazing Hotel :)”

This hotel was first class from start to finish. The staff were all wonderful, always made you feel welcome and were very efficient. Food was fantastic quality, always a good selection to choose from. Elvis from the Entertainment team is an absolute gem. Very enthusiastic in what he does. Never pushy to join in but had the time to chat. The room is spotlessly clean and very well laid out. An amazing hotel :)

Along with my wife and 2 kids (14 and 16) we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights all inclusive in August 2024. This was our 6th visit to the hotel since 2016. The hotel is a little tired in places, and at some point it will need a refurb, but it more than makes up for this with everything else it has to offer. The food is superb, lots of choice in the main restaurant and the enhanced menu at the pool bar this year was great. The all inclusive drinks now include premium spirits, cocktails and a choice of beers - this is a really great addition to the all inclusive offer. The entertainment is superb, with lots of different acts and things to do. The rooms are a little tired but they are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel has always been the staff - they are all so lovely and make the experience amazing. Roman and his team run a great restaurant service, Andrea delivers a wonderful entertainment experience through his great team, and the bar staff are amazing - a big shout out to Gonzalo, Adrian, Eddy, Sanjay, Yasmina, Raul and the rest of the bar team. We can't wait to visit again in the future.

This is a lovely hotel, couldn’t give 5 stars as I was a bit disappointed with a few things Get the negatives out of the way first. Firstly on arrival our room wasn’t ready, so had to sit at the bar for almost 2 hours until it was cleaned and prepared, No pool towels as we were Half Board, never been to a 4 star hotel and not had them provided. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room either, pretty standard things to be missing. The rooms are very dated, although kept very clean. Patio door rattled in the wind, we had to wedge it with a chair, Had to ask for fresh pillows as the ones we had smelled damp. The food is lovely, although the dining room can be a bit chaotic. Pool area spotless clean, never had a problem getting a sun lounger. Pool bar, nice food, efficient staff. The hotel is on a very steep hill, not so bad walking down but we don’t attempt the walk back up. There is a courtesy bus both up and down to the town every half hour. We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment so can’t comment, all I can say is one of the waiters serving on the outside patio was grumpy and rude, he let the side down. All in all this is a good hotel, I would rate it 3 star due to the lack of facilities if staying half board. Why would all inclusive guests need a kettle?
