“Not good.”

The general experience was not good. The hotel lacks maintenance and cleanliness. On arrival, my key did not work, I had to go back 3 times. They had to call maintenance to fix the door lock. But, in this situation, having worked on an hotel before, the correct thing to do is to change the room. ... more

They had to call maintenance to fix the door lock. But, in this situation, having worked on an hotel before, the correct thing to do is to change the room. The television did not work. The WiFi signal was non existent on my room. The AC only worked on level 4. The food was blend and after a certain time there was no reposition. The dishes and cups are dirty, you have to select the ones that look better. The AC on the dining area was terrible, like an oven in there. We also suspect that the juice/water machines are not cleaned. The pool WC has the worst smell ever. Would not recommend this hotel, unless big changes are made..
