We're not long home from another amazing holiday at The ARTIEM Audax. I've taken a week to gather my thoughts to write this review. As always the hotel is a truly magical experience, from the minute you get off the shuttle bus you feel like "you're home". Having visited for many years, it's a credit to the management that the hotel improves every year, even though after each visit, you think it can't get any better. The Reception team. Headed by Emilio, are the first of many warm, friendly, courteous, professional and helpful members of staff to greet you, so you know it's going to be a great vacation. The Food. Absolutely incredible choices in both restaurants, with some of the best chefs you'll find anywhere. The vegetarian choices are amazing and each year get better, all under the watchful eye of Delmi and overall the wonderful Nuria. The View Cafe and the Blue Bar are well worth visiting, great choice of food/tapas, snacks and drinks, all served with care and professionalism from the wonderful Alex and his team. The Blue had live entertainment this year which seemed very popular. Sports. The new sports center manager LLuis took over this year, and has taken over the running of the sports with ease, he's a credit to the ARTIEM Audax family as his zest for life and sports are infectious, always working with a huge smile. Adri, Damian and the students were always there for advice on sea and cycling conditions. This October the seas were pretty rough for most of the holiday but that's mother nature, so roll on calmer seas next year. The gymnasium is modern and well equipped Andrea's Yoga. We've had the pleasure of having Andrea's Yoga classes for a number of years, she's an incredible Yoga teacher, always caring on your personal abilities but always giving you encouragement to "take the next step" in your yoga journey. Also try her Aero Yoga on a Saturday morning. (A wee tip don't drink too much the night before) The Spa and Wellness. A must visit, the pools/water jets etc are incredible. We didn't use the steam or sauna this time but previously they have been fantastic. We spoke to a few people who had massages and they said they were incredible. House Maids. Again always smiling and hard working, they are a caring and proud group who take their jobs very seriously, when you see them in the morning just say Buen dia, you'll always get a warm smile, again they are a credit to the ARTIEM Audax family. The Maintenance team are very professional and hard working, again a credit to The ARTIEM Audax family. There are far too many names to mention in all sectors of the hotel, but they all know who they are, as every one of them are now like family. Each year we see more and more returning guests which speaks volumes for the quality of the hotel and the hotel management. Next years 1st visit is booked already.

“Lovely Stay in Cala Galdana”

This hotel is an excellent place to enjoy walking, swimming and relaxing. Everything was perfect ... the superb view from our bedroom, the restaurant without forgetting some massages. It's the second time we have been in this lovely hotel and we have enjoyed our staying. Hope to come back!

This hotel is ideally located on the beach front and close to all the amenities of Cala Gadana. The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully set out, welcoming and friendly. It's commitment to sustainability is striking as soon as you arrive. I particularly liked the water refill stations through the hotel and the reduction of single use plastics. The hotel has a number of restaurants, cafe and bar all serving high quality food and drinks. The breakfast selection is amazing and plenty of options for everyone's tastes. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and staff are attentive. The rooms are clean, fresh and airy and we had no problem with any noise. The spa is excellent and well worth a visit. We also had massages which were relaxing and an excellent service provided. The staff are very welcoming and friendly throughout the hotel. I highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a quiet, restful break.

“Super relaxing break”

First class service from when we were welcomed at reception,on arrival,to our departure.Nothing was to much trouble.We had a lovely spacious room on the 2nd floor with amazing sea views.The food on offer at both breakfast and evening was exceptional.So fresh so much choice and best still no Chips.
