Just got back after spending an amazing week at Villas Del Sol and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. “Idyllic location, even better people”

We stayed here from August 22nd for 10 nights. Prior to arriving we e mailed Dympna with a few questions/preferences and recieved replies to everything almost immediately. We stayed here from August 22nd for 10 nights. Prior to arriving we e mailed Dympna with a few questions/preferences and recieved replies to everything almost immediately. On arrival we were shown to our room, (number 8), for a self catering apartment it was everything we needed, and more importantly spotless..!! The location is hidden on a side road and you would not know its there unless specifically looking for it, walled pool area, gorgeous flower draped walls with tall gentle swaying bamboo and trees, a really perfect setting to start relaxing and boy we did just that from day one. Just on a slightly off-piste note, (but in itself so very, very reassuring), one particular guy with his family absolutely lost the plot with a local drinks delivery guy a couple of days into our stay over a driving issue. This escalated when he stole the guys keys from his delivery truck and continued his road rage rant through reception, jumping behind the bar to grab a beer glass which he then went to attack him with, terrifying families around the terrace and pool areas. Police were called immediately, the situation calmed down, and he was asked to pack and leave along with his family. Moral of this somewhat bizarre incident is that this is a place that will not have any idiots, or have guests stays spoilt by loud, or loutish behaviour. It cemented our belief that Dympna and staff held this principal over everything. (And Noel , what a man,getting straight in front of this raging guy and the driver, putting himself in harms way, but keeping things from escalating and containing things to the one area.) The food served on the terraces is brilliant, decently priced and made fresh everytime. On that subjuect, Dympnas husband meandered around daily, and out of the blue would rustle up barbecued ribs, chicken, sausage etc and offer to anyone around, then we were treated to pimento peppers, freshly barbecued with olive oil and sea salt..absolute bliss with an ice cold beer..and at absolutely no cost to us, now thats just an example of how the staff here look after you. We are now not clients, but firm friends simply because they treated us as such from the second we walked in. My wife spotted some beautiful island made tapas dishes when we ate one day, only to mention to Dympna how much she liked them. Fast forward to our last day when Dympna turned up with a brand new set of six, allwrapped and ready to take home, it transpired that she drove to the store that morning and got them herself even though she had all the day to day runnings of the villas to deal with. All of her daughters were exactly the same, cooking us an impromptu plate of mixed meats when our daughters were having lunch, always having the time for jokes, chat and banter with a laid back air. Now, Noel, ahh....Noel, a truly wonderful human being, absolute perfection in making you forget the troubles in life and simply lift your spirits. We class him and Micheal as two newfound lifelong friends, funny, interesting,fabulous people that have a laid back vibe about them thats simply infectious. Uproariously hilarious, and never without a contented-life type smile about them. We have lived in the Caribbean , travelled and holidayed in many, many places, but Villas del Sol, Dympna and Co, Santa Eulallia , well all we can say is you cannot and will not regret staying here...by far our most relaxing, rewarding trip away that my wife, 16 year and 9 year old jointly agree we have ever had. Without a shadow of doubt we will see you next year and more than once if we possibly can..!!!

We have just had the best week away we have ever had,made even better by dympna and her staff.Everything about this place is aimed towards making your stay as pleasant as possible. Well,it goes beyond that!! We could not have been made to feel more welcome.All the staff were outstanding,attentive,informative and nothing was to much trouble. Dympna sorted out our airport transfer,with minimum amount of fuss,after i lost my contact number,brilliant. There is a good mix of guests here,Dutch,Spanish,Italian,not just British,which gives it a great atmosphere. If you get a chance to go here,take it,you won't be disappointed. A special mention for Noel who was non-stop while we were there,had me sweating just watching him,trooper. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. Santa Eulalia is a wonderful place,and this is the ideal place to stay while you are there. Thankyou all for a great Holiday!! Phil and Sue Liverpool..x

I have been to Ibiza a number of times over the past years and stayed with a friend who lived and worked there. However, I was in Ibiza for a weekend in September 2015 and spent my short stay in a lovely Hotel apartment name Villas De Sol, near St Eulalia a pictures town. My first impression of the place has I walked in was warm and welcoming, this was a reflexion of the staff, they maintained that mood throughout my short stay. Dympna and her staff were always on hand to help out. I shared an apartment with a friend, it was spacious basic, simple and clean, with a small kitchen. The pool area was well-kept, a great sun spot with a wonderful view of the mountain. I spent a lot of time there with friends, about 15 relaxing and catching up. The food and drinks at the bar were set at a good price and a great spacious lounge area to eat and hang or play pool. Only Villas Del Sol is set for refurbishment this October 2015 and fear the prices will go up next year. I would stay there again. Thanks again to Dympna and her team for making my stay comfortable
