Fantastic all inclusive holiday. The hotel is very clean and the bedroom is well kept. The air conditioning is not as powerful as in other hotels and it takes quite a while to cool the room. Be prepared to pay an extra tax for staying in Menorca (about €38 for 3 people), €10 cash only deposit for each beach towel (refunded at the end of your stay) and also extra money if you want to use the safe in the room (charged per day or for the week). The swimming pools were very clean and the water park across the road (which we had unlimited access to) is really good with a variety of pools and slides for children of all ages. All the all inclusive drinks and snacks are also available at the water park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andre at the reception suggested lots of beautiful beaches for us to go to around the hotel and further afield. He also mentioned local spots to watch the sunset and provided us with the bus itineraries and all relevant information. The hotel has a great variety of food and drinks. I do agree that the cocktails are not the best but the draft sangria and wine were ok. I wish there was a better variety of ice lollies and ice creams in the all inclusive for the kids (just strawberry, chocolate or vanilla ice cream was not a success with my teens). It was a lovely surprise to have a bottle of bubbly in the room as a gift for our second stay at Los Delfines and the beach bag was very useful for taking the towels to the water park.

We have just returned from two weeks at Los Delfines hotel. Having read some very negative reviews before we went, we were a little unsure what to expect, but we should not have worried. On arrival the reception staff were very efficient and friendly, as they were throughout our whole stay. In fact all the staff from the cleaners, all the way up to the hotel management could not be faulted for their service. Alba the TUI rep was very knowledgeable of the area and having never visited Menorca she was very helpful. This hotel is spotless with only very minor niggles in a few areas eg a couple of tiles missing in the main swimming pool but we would expect small things to be addressed over the winter and these really are minor issues coming to the end of the season. We were on half board and found the food to be much better than we expected. We could upgrade to all inclusive for 29 euros a day each or a drinks package for 10 euros each a day. We were more than happy with the half board option. There are only two bars here but only one open at any time. So in the day the pool bar opened and in the evening the lobby bar, this inevitably lead to people queuing for drinks because generally there was only one person serving, this was never a problem for us but some people moaned. The rooms are quite small, but fine for two people. Great to have tea/coffee facilities, and a small fridge, but no drawers but large wardrobe. Everything was spotless. Our only negative was the number of school age children who were given free run to behave in any way they chose without any parental guidance. This is not a criticism of the hotel but of mainly British parents. The hotel overall is excellent value, it’s in a great location, the staff are great, we would definitely return and would recommend you give it a go. Some people will always find faults but we went with an open mind and were pleasantly surprised.

Family of 4 staying at season end, kids loved the pools and all inclusive food with plenty on offer for most of the day. Water park is included which gives a change of scenery with AI food and drink available also. Entertainment at night was ok. We had a 2 bed suite which was plenty room for 4 of us, not the most modern of places but absolutely fine although the beds are not very comfy. Full size fridge and cooking facilities although only the fridge used. Hotel staff were all really friendly with a rep on site most days. In summary, totally worth it if taking children, it’s not a 4 star place but cant find anything bad to say

Decent hotel. Food all good, drinks fine and plenty of sunbeds. There is a microwave oven next to desserts and it takes smaller size plates as food wasn't always hot,but you get that all the time as food can't be constantly hot with the amount of guests coming and going at different times for food… more

There is a microwave oven next to desserts and it takes smaller size plates as food wasn't always hot,but you get that all the time as food can't be constantly hot with the amount of guests coming and going at different times for food.Waterpark was a nice perk if staying at this hotel and snacks available at the waterpark if you go all inclusive. A couple of negatives is that the safe is 5 euros per night plus a 10 euro deposit.This is by far the most expensive I have paid for a safe,and most places I have stayed recently have been free. Also beware of the Balearic Islands hotel tax which was again higher than I paid when going to Mallorca last year,over 3 euros per night per person.Gym was well equipped but a strange booking facility where you have to book in advance and only one person can use at a time,unless a family booking. I thought COVID restrictions were well past. Staff all good ,bar one grumpy receptionist who refused to give key to gym earlier, unlike the other receptionists who were spot on. A few queues at bars sometimes,but nothing like 20 mins. Would return to this hotel again and would have given 5stars apart from the above.
