Great hotel, don’t believe everything you read!! This was a great hotel if you have kids in tow. If not go somewhere else!! All inclusive was top drawer and a very good selection on offer. The people who work there do an unbelievable job Turing around the food hall and been very professional!! Rooms small but we were in it only to sleep. Good location with marina been a 10 min walk. Only issue we had was pool depth as all are deep and kids couldn’t stand up but we just put bands on him. Good hotel overall

“Staff lovely, pools too deep for toddlers, room never cleaned”

Not the best for toddlers. I'm here with my husband and 3year old. She can only stand in the splash zone. The other 4 pools are 1.70m deep so my husband who can't swim either wouldn't come in the pool. Great for her to practice her swimming but took out a lot of pool fun. Not the best for toddlers. I'm here with my husband and 3year old. She can only stand in the splash zone. The other 4 pools are 1.70m deep so my husband who can't swim either wouldn't come in the pool. Great for her to practice her swimming but took out a lot of pool fun. We stayed in pueblo block which seems to be cleaned last. We've missed 3 out of 4 cleanings as theyve come at 3pm. Prime nap time for our 3 year old as she's up til 11pm after watching the entertainment. We are now on day 6 of our 7 day holiday using the same towels even after asking reception for new ones so factor in that if staying with young children.

My husband and I and out then 2year old son stayed at the Sol falco last August 23. Lovely spacious hotel. Had to be up pretty early for the sun beds. Food like many of the AI restaurants we have stayed at for the hotel rating. we did find the snack bar choices quite good at this hotel. Apartment was adequate for our needs perhaps our balcony was slightly disappointing. Entertainment team were brilliant so energetic! My son loved the mini disco although if I recall started at 20.30/20.45 so slightly late. Great kids club our son would not stay but they let him stay for half hour with one of us on 2 occasions. Swimming pools dotted everywhere. However,they are deep, no pool with a walk in shallow end for little ones. The splash area was great the only issue was the slide went into the very deep pool next to it! BE VIGILANT! They do have life guard but our children are our responsibility! There is aa s.all round paddling pool. It would have been good if there was more activities for toddlers, such as a playroom with ballpit or similar so they could escape the heat for a while. Beach near the hotel was ok but rocky we preferred the larger beach opposite Burger King near the marina. We went to the beach on s panish bank holiday weekend it way crazy busy!!! Marina is lovely shops, bars, restaurants a nice evening escape from the hotel. About a 15 min stroll. This is a good hotel,if it had a little more going on for toddlers it would be perfect!

We travelled as a family of 7 - 5 adults and 2 children aged 2 & 13. The hotel is well located and is made up of several low rise blocks of rooms. Apart from the main pool area there are 4 smaller pools dotted around the grounds. The main pool is deep as already commented on and can get busy but there are 3 lifeguards on duty at any one time who are attentive and on the ball. Children of all ages were enjoying the slides without any incidents including our 2 year old - I was worried about this after reading other reviews and I can see how without the correct supervision children could get into difficulty. They could do with more sunbeds now the hotel is starting to get busy - I saw people laying on towels on the concrete because there were no sunbeds available. There’s lots going on around the pool in the day for both children and adults which was always good fun but it can get very noisy! A big shout out to the animations team who made sure there was always a fun vibe during the day. The hotel and grounds are clean and pretty. The rooms are on the small side and if like me you like to dry your hair in front of a mirror take an extension lead because there aren’t many sockets in the room and non by the mirror! In the bathroom there is a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap which is a nice touch. We upgraded our room on booking to an Xtra room which allowed us to have international branded drinks. We also had complimentary drinks left in our fridge (2 cartons chocolate milk, 2 bottles coke, 2 cans of still water & 2 bottles of fresh orange). Also included were complementary flip flops (too small for either of us!) pool towels and a small beach bag. To be fair on reflection we didn’t think it was worth paying for the upgrade because the local drinks were ok for the most part - although I tried a mojito cocktail from the machine and it tasted awful. The wine was lovely and at meal times you can help yourself to either a half or full carafe red white or rose. The draft beer is Cruz Campo which I love here at home but it was mostly flat in the hotel. The food I thought was hit and miss. As many people have mentioned some food is cold or Luke warm at best. My daughter who is pregnant cut into quite a few burgers on different occasions to find them raw in the middle. I had cod one time and it was raw in the middle. Lots of food choices but very repetitive. The evening entertainment was good. It’s a lovely walk to the pretty marina with lots of choices of bars and restaurants if you fancy a change. All in all we had a great holiday and would recommend this hotel.
