I only wish I could stay all summer. A beautiful hotel with amazing facilities, 3 pools, gym, snack bars, large rooms/apartments, well maintained. The best of all is the team that works there. From the reception to the F&B department, to the house keepers to the maintenance team, all amazing. I’d like to highlight from my personal interactions the amazing work by Maria in the front dear, Fran the chef of the buffet, Fran and Alejandro the waiters of the restaurant and Fran the barman of the pool bar. Nevertheless all of the team were fantastic. Well done to the management from putting together such a crack-team of dedicated staff. The food in the restaurant for all 3 meals was superb and varied everyday. The snack and ice creams are a very nice touch. I highly recommend you stay here. It’s close to the port (which has everything you need) and to beautiful beaches.

“NOT suitable for couples or those travelling without children”

Pros : This hotel is immaculately clean, the location is great and the staff are amazing (in particular Fran in the Sensibar who works tirelessly to keep his bar clean and everyone fed and watered). Pros : This hotel is immaculately clean, the location is great and the staff are amazing (in particular Fran in the Sensibar who works tirelessly to keep his bar clean and everyone fed and watered). The food was as good as it could be without only 1 buffet restaurant available. We didn't go hungry and we didn't get ill from anything! Cons : Do not book if you are travelling as a couple or without children. This is the most family friendly hotel we have ever stayed in by a long way!! We booked at short notice for a pool view room and were given room 117 in the Splash area. We couldn't have got any closer to the kids pool and slides if we'd tried. We were told that the water jets, etc were switched off at 6pm each evening, but that only happened on our first night and after that they went off at 7pm each night. If we were in our room with the patio door shut we couldn't hear ourselves think or hear the tv over the noise of the water jets and children playing outside. We did ask to be moved, but were told there were no other rooms available. The entertainment that we saw was also pretty mediocre with the slot geared up for adults from 9.30pm onwards not good enough to keep us in. Luckily the marina is just across the road so we went over there most nights after dinner. Overall : this hotel is great if you have very young children, but will not be for you have teens or are travelling without children. Perhaps the hotel itself and travel companies should state this in their hotel description.
