Great hotel good atmosphere nice size room. A little disappointed by the fact that in the booking info with Tui it didn’t say that the sun beds / pods were reserved for certain rooms . The half board option was a good choice as the hotel group has several restaurants in the marina of which three can be booked for dinner which was included in the half board package

A great find, on our first visit to Menorca. From arriving to leaving all the staff were extremely helpful and more importantly always cheerful. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with an excellent choice of food at both Breakfast and Dinner, not forgetting the Thai Garden restaurant which was superb. Our room (Suite with Pool View} was very comfortable with King Size Bed, Walk-In Shower, Fridge and Cooking facilities, TV (not many English Channels} and a Large Settee. We enjoyed it so much, we are going to book again for Oct 2025

Would have expected better, especially as it was the last week of the season and it was advertised as a benefit of our room. I bottle of fresh water only provided also?? Why? This was also stated as included with our room. Some reception staff more helpful than others

The reception area is very modern and smart, and it it smells lovely, something you'll notice straight away. The reception staff are welcoming and helpful, special mention to Alberto. Our suite was comfortable, the bed linen was good and the towels were good quality and soft. We find out on our 1st night that our walk-in shower floor was dangerously slippery when wet, plus the floor got wet. So we asked reception for a shower mat and an extra bath math, both of which had been delivered by the time we returned from dinner. We stayed bed and breakfast and found the selection was fine; having Menorca meats, cheeses, and their pies and pastries was a great touch. Special mention to Laura and Katy, both very friendly, despite being so busy during service, they really are wonderful assets to the hotel and it was a pleasure to see them every day. The pool area is very smart, with good quality sunbeds, and they are Bali beds that you can hire. We only used the pool area once as we found the gravel underneath the beds to be very uncomfortable. The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the marina, plus it's opposite Cala'n Bosch beach, also the bus stop to Ciutadella is outside the hotel. It's great that the hotel has recycling bins on the grounds. Things that I think would improve the hotel is to have more than one small towel rail in the bathroom. So that we could dry our bathsheets, we hung them over our dining room chairs. Also, apart from a wooden pole on your terrace or balcony, there's nowhere to dry your swimwear or pool towels. The poles are rustic, I tried wiping one to use and found it covered in green algae, so decided not to use. The hotel is trying very hard to be good to the environment, which is wonderful, so by adding better drying facilities I think guests would be more like to make towels and pool towels last longer. I really struggled with scoring because if I could, I'd score a 4.5. The staff really are lovely.
