Dear Globales Cala'n Bosch team, Thank you for having me as a guest for a week commencing 28 September 2024. Special thank you goes to all your hard- working staff whose hard work made my holiday. The location is great: few minutes walk from hotel's pool area to the sea - the main attraction with golden sandy beach surronded by rocks. There are plenty of seaweeds on the beach and in the sea: as I was told locals prefer what came from the sea to go back to the sea at its own time, with no help from a human. Hotel is surrounded by little supermarkets and marina is few minutes away; hotel facilities are on a good level. Meal at the restraunt was amazing, delicious and well - cooked range of Mediterranean cuisine with additional touches from other cuisines i.e. sushi and curry meals. Great selection of meat, fish, poultry dishes, loads of salads, vegetables, fruit, deserts and bakery. ( I have to stop writing now due to increased salivary drooling :) ). Before going on holiday I read reviews that meal at the restraint was not hot enough but lukewarm. Looking back now I can say that raw meat and raw fish were cooked appropriately at the right temperature level and meal trays were exchanged regularly. A note to hotel management: Rooms doors are set to shut automatically and this makes the doors banging. Soft close setting on the door engine could minimise the level of noise the doors make whilst shutting. These would significantly improve the quality of rest. I had to exchange the room in few nights as the door's banging noise became unbearable. After changing the room there was a little but not a significant improvement. For this reason, I cannot put the highest score to your hotel. Once again, thank you for having me as your hotel guest.

Dear Globales Hotel The hotel is in the best location in the resort. A small sandy path leads from the pool area down to a pretty beach. The hotel itself is very minimal. This needs to be addressed as the entertainment area is uninviting. Rooms are basic but clean. Food is below average. The breakfast and lunch is ok. I wouldn’t recommend evening meals. Poor choice and the food throughout the stay was just warm and some of the food cold. It’s not a 4star. Very little in the way of entertainment and the animation lad did virtually nothing but swan around for the full week. The staff are lovely. I must give praise to the 2 girls running the bar, Saile and Patri. They worked so hard all of the time and with such enthusiasm and always polite and courteous. Great service with the best smiles! They could’ve done with help on an evening, perhaps from the animation guy who had nothing to do. The hotel overall is clean and the staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. There’s a bus stop just outside for a trip to the city. A nice marina in the resort with plenty of restaurants but nothing else. Even elderly folk we spoke to were bored.

We are here now. Pros: very clean and tidy hotel, cleaners work tirelessly. Beds made and general clean everyday. Towels will also be changed everyday if you wish. Restaurant staff friendly, especially Mary and Fatima. Short walk to Marina and beach. Cons: Major... Food. Bland, tasteless, luke warm at best. Leftovers reused, not always next day, I.e. Brussels reappearing in Egg fried rice (which incidently consisted of undercooked crunchy rice, all sorts of left over veg and some egg on top. ) The accompanying sweet and sour pork was hidden under a layer of grease very liquid sauce, the meat its self was very tender but tasted like goulash ( previous days offering). Many many guests complained about heat of food, to be told that a microwave was available 😳 I do not come on holiday expecting to have to reheat my food every meal. To compound the situation I found a very lively caterpillar in my salad. Mary was horrified, whilst when she showed it to Pedro the chef he shrugged and threw it away. Yes apologised but it didn't feel sincere. 2 other factors made quite a few guests cross ....1. Tourist tax....whilst we understand that it is necessary and a good idea, the inconsistencies in cost are unacceptable. 10 nights = 53€. 7 nights are anywhere between 43 and 75€!! All staying at same time. After choosing to pay extra to stay in the hotel and not the apartments and to have all inclusive, it is galling to personally hear from people who were told that because apartments were closing for end of season, they would be upgraded from apartment self-catering to hotel all inclusive at NO extra cost 😡😡 Do not think would rebook this hotel, whilst staff and hotel itself is good ( 3* at best) the quality, variety and repetitiveness of food is definitely a no no.
