Stayed here for a week with our daughter, her partner and our 2-year-old granddaughter. The hotel is lovely with plenty of everything, pools, activities, food. We were upgraded to an apartment next door to our daughter with an adjoining door which resulted in our granddaughter having more space to run riot. The apartment was very spacious and well kitted out with a beautiful balcony looking out onto open countryside. I’m not much of a lover of buffet style restaurants but have to say the variety and quantity was just amazing, so much choice, there was something for everyone. The thing that made this holiday special for us was the entertainment staff, they were fabulous and never stopped. Everyone of them made such an effort and always had smiles on their faces. The one that stood out for us was Annie, you would see her in the restaurant at the start of the day, around the pool throughout the day keeping the kids, and adults, entertained then taking part in the show on an evening. Even when the show ended, she made a point of chatting to both children and adults asking if they were enjoying their stay and keeping them updated on what was happening the next day. Everyone at this hotel, reception, cleaners, lifeguard and serving staff where just lovely and made our first holiday with our granddaughter very special. Thank you so much

Appartments are big and clean, food is not canteen style but actually vey good and the entertainment team did a great job (we mainly liked sport with rafa, vero and alex). We dont do this sort of vacation but we needed the relaxation after the past 2 crazy years and we were very happy. On Menorca itself, a beutiful little island but public transport needs improvement. It takes hours to get someplace by bus beacuse the buses are not often and they all go via Ciutadella first. Still, we loved menorca and this hotel.

No rush or queues or waiting any where but staff was still great and the services didn’t drop because of the reduced number of the guests. The resort is small compared to some holiday villages but still has everything you need. The pools are great bars and food all fantastic. The crèche was amazing and my little girl loved it. The football coaches was great with my lad who loved going to play. Can’t remember his name but he was a spurs fan and me been a Liverpool fan didn’t give him to much stock about them loseing the champions league final to us!!The rooms was really big and specious. 10 min walk to the marina and beach. Got no complaints about the hotel at all and would return.

A Review from August 2019. Thought it might be helpful. This was our first family all inclusive with our 5 year old daughter. This was a 11 day holiday during the August school holidays ( perfect amount of time ) weather great. Rooms - Large enough for two adults and our daughter. There is a need to modernise the rooms , but fine for us and wasn’t an issue. There were two single beds that can be pushed into a double in the lounge. There is a Kitchen area with a table if you needed or wanted to use it and microwave hobs and a kettle with a sink. Looked like a self catering apartment previously. The bathroom had a large frosted glass door which had a two inch gap around the whole frame , enabling you to see through to anyone in the bathroom and no lock. This door also creaked really loudly, enough to wake a sleeping adult or child. This issue was reported to reception but nothing was done about it. We were located at the far end of the resort in the corner, ground floor, next to the play park. Not over looking any pool but a great location for the park and short walk to the main reception and pool. No complaints. You’ll need Mosquito sprays and plug-ins for your room for the night time. This is a must for everyone. Or you’ll get bit. Complex - Very clean. Seems this is a smaller Holiday Village than others but perfect for us. Our first resort away. Cleaners do a nice job and grounds are well kept. Pools - There are 2 main pools ( which were FREEZING & NOT HEATED ) , one used for the daily games near loud music and the larger of the two pools were full of inflatables and next to the water fountains and mini water play area for children. There was a rule that said no large inflatables, but seemed the life guard or hotel staff didn’t worry about that rule and allowed the pool to become packed with them. Large swans and peacocks , and whales. Added jacuzzi and indoor pool available to use and a baby pool and a hidden quiet pool on site. Towels - You need to bring your own or pay a deposit of €10 from the hotel and replace with a charge of €1 a day replacement fee. Unless this has increased. They are not supplied like other all inclusive hotels. We took our own. Sun beds are reserved from 7:30am onwards by guests, but there is a rule that said no beds to be reserved before 8:45am unless you are lying on them. A member of staff will remove the towels and take then to the stage if they feel like implementing the rule on the odd occasion. This happened once on our 11 day visit. Entertainment - Daily and evening entertainment for all ages. Kids clubs and swim lessons and football if you want it. Wouldn’t say evening entertainment was west end style , however the reps work really hard to entertain everyone. Food- This gets a bit repetitive over ten days but quality was great and also healthy if you want it. They have Fresh cooked pizzas and a range of meats, fish and salads and deserts. Alcoholic Drink available on tap and plenty for the children too. No branded drinks but everything you need. Plenty of drinks and slush puppies for children. Pots of ice cream from the snack bar during the day and chargeable ice lollies or some cocktails. Nothing glamorous and all presented in small plastic cups. Snack bar was limited to burgers and hot dogs, chips and light salad with sandwiches. Not the best but was suitable if you didn’t want to go in for another large buffet lunch. We used it a few times when it suited us. Evening seating space needs Re assessing for the outside entertainment. !! Not enough chairs or tables for the amount of guests!! If you come out of the dining hall after 8pm, then you have to find a seat on the sun beds. Which can still be wet from the day. Or even end up standing. We would recommend this resort if your children love holiday entertainment and clubs of all ages. We had a great time just wouldn’t return. May look at a different Holiday Village Location is very nice with restaurants and bars close by.

I am a bit late writing this review but thought I should ! We travelled with a baby of 6 months and a 2.5 year old. I think this hotel is perfect for this age range for the following reasons : 1) The rooms are very dated and a little shabby but you have everything you need for a baby especially when sterilising and making up feeds . You have microwave , kettle and a big fridge . The rooms are clean 2) The entertainment at night was great. My 2.5 year old loved it 3) short walk to supermarket which stocks all baby supplies even Ella’s kitchen food for them times of need 4) lots of parents in the same boat as you! Won’t be looking at you when your toddler is throwing the 10th tantrum of the day haha ! All in all we had a brilliant time . We were worried about taking a baby and a toddler with no grandparents but the hotel was so family friendly it wasn’t as stressful as we imagined ! Buffet was also fab and tasty Negatives is that you cannot fit a double buggy into the lift! We had to leave our buggy downstairs every night. We were so surprised at that Also pool is FREEZING I would like to try another holiday village where the rooms are more modernised because let’s face it when you have small children you do spend time in there. We wouldn’t return but that’s not to say we didn’t have a brilliant first family holiday as a family of 4. If you book you will not be disappointed.
