We stayed for a week in Oct 24 half term, with our two children, 11 and 6yrs. We had realistic expectations, after reading the previous reviews, and for the price we paid, and we were not disappointed. For us, this was a cheap all inclusive family week in the October sun, with pool and beach, and it was great. The facilities for the kids are great. Very nice park, bouncy castle area, kids club, and pools. All clean and well maintained. Location was amazing. The bay is beautiful. Just a 2 minute walk down the path from the hotel to a stunning bay. We hired paddle boards and a pedalo at the beach, and the water is so clear and calm, it was great. Also lots of fish to see, when we went snorkelling. Entertainment Team we’re great with the kids, and always something fun for them to do. We had a room with a double bed and bunk beds. Wasn’t the biggest, but was as expected, and we only slept and showered/changed in there. Cleaners came everyday, made up beds, swept and mopped floor and fresh towels. We took our own pillows, after reading the previous reviews, but the pillows there were actually fine. Food was standard for all inclusive. Lots of choice. Good salads, fresh fruit, something different on the grill each day, and good paella available every day. Burger bar by the pool (standard), and a pizza place which was good. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a well maintained and clean hotel, with good facilities. We would go back!

“Good facilities but food quality is shocking”

We stayed at this hotel 25th October to 1st november. I will start with the positives. Great hotel for the kids there's a few things to do the pools/water slides/ bouncy castles/ park/sports bit. My kids really enjoyed it. We liked the selection of drinks even though no cocktails but that's alot of hotels now. Lots of fresh fruit on offer. The beach is beautiful. Negatives. Now this is the main reason for 3 star. The food! While it's not the selction that bothered us. It was the fact it was mostly cold! Or luke warm. Nothing covered up so flies are flying from one thing to the other. Only hotel I've been to where food isn't covered! Wasps are a nightmare! Yes they are natural but no traps or anything anywhere to try preven them. Mosquitos aswell again natural but when I went egypt they used to spray the floors ect with something to try prevent them also burn smelly things. Sickness all 5 of us got sick. Could of been a bug could of been food we won't know. They knew as we had the cleaner come to the room a few times in the nights for my kids being sick on the beds and floor. You heard of loads of people getting sick and apparently a bug has been going around. On the flight back there was numerous kids sick. I know the hotel can't help this but maybe there should be signs for people to clean there hands in the toilets. As loads didn't. Or someway to get everyone to sanitise before going into restaurant! I would only return if we got a really cheap deal. Otherwise would try somewhere else. Hopefully they take the food criticism on board and drastically change it

“Nice hotel and area but has its down falls”

Stayed here for a family vacation and the hotel and area was nice, the beach was next to the hotel and the buses was next to the hotel to get to local towns. The hotel had good activites including several pools mini golf play area bouncy castle area so kids had stuff to do but.... The room was small for 4 struggled to get ready to do anything the food was hit and miss we probably had 2 out of 5 good days of food the 3 poor days food was not cooked well or just covered in oil it even made my wife and son poorly, we have also gone home covered in bites and we are sure these are from the bed as we seemed to have more when we woke up each morning. For all inclusive as well the drinks menu was poor you had to pay for cocktails which was a theme of the hotel paying for things the safe, pillows, tv, upgraded drinks towels, safe etc all was extra charges became a running joke like the carry on film "ow you want that, that's a £1" All in all good for a break but can see why it is 3 stars and im glad it was a cheap break
