“Child friendly holiday”

Hotel lovely and clean everywhere, apartments were spacious. Housekeeping came twice during stay and ropped off more bedding and towels as required. Maintance came within an hour when we couldn't closed the tilting door in bedroom . Plenty of storage. Child slept in bedroom as the apartment door was too easy to unlock, bed settee was ok for an adult. Pools were great if a little cold, always found sunbeds, life guard arranged unlocking more when needed. Splash pool was a great hit with little boy and all the children seemed to play well together, also liked the pool near dining room, the other pool had a screen round it which I didnt like. Food was ok, never went hungry but it was a rugby scrum in the evenings, long queue to get in, long queue for food and very noisy, we didn't bother with the hassle a few evenings. The other dining room was closed so no idea if that was better. All staff were friendly. Only did childrens disco once, it was a nightmare trying to keep eyes on little one in a small crowded area but he had a great time, he's just not good having late nights. We could hear entertainment from our apartment but never watched it, the area is far too small for amount of people. I would go again while little boy still interested in the splash pool but I wouldn't go as just adults or with teenagers/older children.

Family friendly great holiday. When we arrived it was the school holidays and the restaurant and swimming pool areas were extremely busy. They looked up the sunbeds which was a great idea so that people xpildnt reserve them really early. By the end of our week alot of people had gone home and this was better as the restaurant and swimming pool areas were alot quieter. I saw alot of negative reviews and was therefore apprehensive. However for what we paid , we got a great deal you can't expect 5 star. We had a great time and would recommend it for families. My children loved rhe splash park and there was evening entertainment. The kids liked the kids discos and later was a really good Michael Jackson tribute act and also a Fred's mercury one. The animation team was great. The food was fine for what we paid. A great family break. Unless your standards are sky high then I would thoroughly recommend for a great family break.

We had a week here at half term, the hotel was clean and the food was what you expect from all inclusive.The issues we found were at meal times it was extremely busy so we just went a bit later to avoid the mad rush. We had a week here at half term, the hotel was clean and the food was what you expect from all inclusive.The issues we found were at meal times it was extremely busy so we just went a bit later to avoid the mad rush. The area where the hotel is located is in a quiet area not many restaurants really to choose from but it was end of the season, the Jimmy Hills venue was brilliant for us this is only 5 minutes away. We had a great holiday but would probably go adults only next time.
