The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. If you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor apartment. We were upstairs, which gave us a private balcony, looking over the garden and towards the water park. The kitchen was quite basic, but there was enough equipment to make a simple meal, if you wanted to eat at the apartment. There are supermarkets within a short walk from the complex. As other visitors have said, the pools are very clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds/parasols available. The meals in the restaurant are good. There is plenty of choice at breakfast and for dinner, with staff happy to explain anything on the menus. There is some noise from Jimmy Hills next door, and from the “Parc Aire” site (inflatables) but not enough to disturb us. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. If you want to visit a town, the local bus stops outside the complex, with regular services to Ciutadella, which is well worth a visit, with the fare being €1.70 each way. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance - Platja de Cales Piques and Cala en Forcat. These are both small, with gritty sand, and neither are accessible for wheelchairs. Pont d’en Gil is about a 20 minute walk away, with views down to a sea arch. Bufador de almirante Farragut is another viewpoint, also about a 20 minute walk from Vista Picas. All the staff are very friendly and really helpful, working hard to make sure you enjoy your holiday.

We visited for 4 nights in October with a Jet 2 package. Initially was a bit disappointed with the room as l had requested a first floor room and were given a ground floor room with a rear terrace overlooking a car park and row of bars. The room wasn't noisy (apart from the neighbours above) and it was quite pleasant to sit outside later on an evening and listen to the karaoke from the bars. The apartments were clean but fairly basic. There was a microwave and toaster on a ledge but to plug either of them in required reorganising the kitchen. No hairdryer supplied. The complex was clean and well staffed and the pool was nice. No problem with sunbeds. The bar was reasonable and staff friendly. Be careful in the restaurant, my son ordered a veggie burger and we questioned it when it arrived and it was actually chicken. They didn't have any veggie burgers so he ended up sitting watching us eat. The location is good with a selection of shops, bars , and restaurants nearby. We wouldn't return as the area was far to quiet for us but would recommend for older couples or young families.

Just back from 10 day stay at Vista Picas - brilliant The apartments are clean and spacious - kitchen is basic (hob,, kettle toaster, fridge (no freezer/ice section)) but more than enough to make coffee/tea/toast in the morning. Towels provided (2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, standing towel) and changed 3 times while we were there. Bedding changed twice .. Most (99%) apartments now have walk in showers. A nice addition this year - as well as the floor fan , each room now has a ceiling fan.. very quite, can be set on a timer, helps a lot on sticky warm nights The pool is clean, plenty of sun loungers. and it's very tranquil during the day. The on site bar/restaurant is good. All the staff are helpful and welcoming.... Two well stocked supermarkets and a tabac right opposite.. A bus stop right outside..(if you want to catch the bus to Cuitadella I'd suggest walking into los Delfines and catching it opposite restaurante los delfines !) Loads of bars and restaurants withing 15 minutes walk. Three 'beaches' nearby, only Platja Cala en Blanes suitable for wheelchairs. Only downside.. It can be a bit noisy at night - every night. Jimmy Hills has tribute acts on , Parc Aire has DJ / football .. and Bar 61 has Karaoke 3/4 nights a week - so might suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

“What a relaxing place”

Location is perfect, apartment was ample sized with everything you need and it was very clean. Yes the furniture is a little tired but it was somewhere we showered and slept and had a brew in the morning. Location is perfect, apartment was ample sized with everything you need and it was very clean. Yes the furniture is a little tired but it was somewhere we showered and slept and had a brew in the morning. Its not a hotel, it's not 5*, however it's very peaceful and I didn't have to fight for a sunbed or get someone trying to rope me into aquarobics. You have everything on your doorstep, and entertainment going on at various places around, some really good restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate going back there at all.
