Hotel is in a great location. Pools were clean and sun beds always available. Spa is a great place to relax and unwind. This is a really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The standard rooms are clean and functional. Could benefit from more drawer space. However the balcony and view made up for the average room. And the atmosphere is so chilled and relaxing. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and very friendly reception check in staff. First morning at breakfast I was given a flower and a pianist played as we sat looking out at the wonderful view. We stayed bed and breakfast so can’t comment on other meals but breakfast choices were just amazing! Staff all so friendly. Wonderfully clean. We’re not lie by the pool kind of people, which was maybe just as well as after breakfast we usually sat around by the pool just on a couple of chairs and a table just for half an hour or so, and all the loungers and umbrellas always looked taken. So might be an issue for some? We would go off and do our thing for the day, walking, day trips and the beach and swimming in the sea, and would come back to the hotel around 4 o’clock when we could always be guaranteed a couple of loungers and have a swim in the lovely pool. And a drink at the bar. My partner and I love this hotel. It’s become our happy place We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a chilled relaxing holiday. Well done Punta Del Mar staff! Every single one of you are doing such a great job and we can’t thank you enough for making our holiday so special ❤️ Can’t wait to see you all again next year xx
