Fabulous time at this hotel, had a lovely suite, great views, went during September so mainly adults staying so peaceful. Pools and pool areas all really clean and the staff all friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Hotel located up hill slightly out the way in a beautiful quiet spot with great views, you can walk down into Peguera in about 25 minutes, take a bit longer to walk back because a slight incline, taxi cost around 4 or 5 euros, Peguera nice lots of nice bars and restaurants along the beach front. Ideal if you have a car for getting about, cannot wait to go back to this hotel.

This location is a good 20 min drive from the airport so it’s best for people with a car rental. Includes parking. The hotel itself is situated on a mountain and has incredible views and walking trails- stunning! The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the rooms were nice although small and a bit awkward. It was peaceful and quiet (with not a lot of children) which we both enjoyed. Everyone we encountered working at the hotel was helpful and friendly. The only negative thing I can say was there were limited services available (unable to order drinks at the pool bar) but I’m assuming that had something to do with down season. Overall, I would definitely return and pick a better/ larger room.

This Hilton franchise is relatively new, but even a year after rebranding, it still hasn't fully met the usual Hilton standards. There are some positives: the view was stunning, the food ranged from good to very good (we had the half-board option), and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds, especially away from the main building, felt beautiful and relaxing, even though some areas seemed neglected. However, several issues stand out: - As noted in other reviews, the A/C frequently doesn’t work, leaving you sweating through the night and during meals. Even when it functions, it’s capped at 24.5°C, which can be uncomfortable and potentially ruin your holiday. - The hotel's layout is poorly designed. It took us 10-15 minutes to reach the main building from our room, involving 3 elevators and 4 flights of stairs—a nightmare with a stroller. - The spa area looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s, with filthy showers, clogged drains, and a bad smell. - The kids’ club, which was a key factor in our decision to stay here, was extremely neglected. There were empty drawers, no toys—just some watercolors. The small playground, however, was nice. - The staff often struggled with basic English. We repeatedly asked for half-liter water bottles but were always given larger ones without explanation, and we were charged for them. Not a huge issue, but not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. - While our room was clean, the carpets and floors in common areas desperately needed vacuuming. The restrooms felt more like those at a gas station than in a resort.
