Good family hotel with nice rooms overlooking the pool and very friendly staff. We really liked the location, easy to wander around and find a different restaurant to try every night. Very safe place. The beach is 4 minutes walk away and kept clean but busy. Rooms are kept immaculate the housekeeping always had a smile for us. Bar staff friendly and welcoming and we often stopped off for a drink by the pool. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. Only 35 minutes to the airport and each way we paid around 50 Euros. Won't hesitate to go back.

The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us and even gave my son a drink whilst we got checked in. We were helped with the luggage and in our room quickly. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us and even gave my son a drink whilst we got checked in. We were helped with the luggage and in our room quickly. It was bright and bigger than expected and had all the stuff you'd expect in a self catering apartment. The decor is not fancy but still nice, but maybe the bathroom could be updated but it was spotless which is the main thing. Also we noticed the cleaners came in every couple of days to keep it clean and put fresh towels. Big star to the pool guys who had so much energy and kept the pool area so clean. The pool gets busy and a bit crowded around the edge with sunbeds but there is an extra sun bathing terrace just next to it so plenty of space and of course the beach is 4 minutes walk away. Reception will give recommendations for restaurants if you want and also call a taxi! Looking forward to our next stay.

“Self Catering gem!”

Booked this place with Family and Friends as a great base whilst we were in Santa Ponsa. Booked this place with Family and Friends as a great base whilst we were in Santa Ponsa. Self catering basis worked well with our younger children and gave us that freedom to get out and enjoy our day. The Pool Bar team August and Tiffany were amazing from start to finish! Couldnt do enough for us and were so helpful with the kids, made staying by the Pool so much more pleasant daily with a great selection of drinks and food. No entertainment at the hotel but a short walk across the road to the Holiday Centre Apartments provided a great Childrens club and Activities and Evening Entertainment. There are a lot of steps at this complex but you get used to them.. eventually ha! Pool is an excellent size and the sun lounger space is massive, with a lower terrace to expand down to if it ever gets too full. Never struggled with getting a sun lounger and none were broken! The Cleaning and support staff were amazing at their jobs, never seemed to stop and kept rooms and grounds looking so clean and tidy. The rooms are slightly outdated and tired but have everything you need and the reception can assist with deposit boxes and Aircon etc.. (Aircon has to be paid for, but fans can be provided for free) It was cash only at this hotel so point to note* Wifi is generally good throughout the complex with some private networks available as you walk down to the beaches through the shops and bars etc.. Plenty of restaurants and bars, souvenir shops on offer close by too. Id definitely return!

Basic apartments but for us this was perfect as was just a base . Staff really nice and very helpful . Clean bedding and towels . The only thing I would update were the sunbeds they had seen better days. The apartments themselves are in a great location to all the bars and restaurants and it does get quite lively although far enough away that it doesn't effect a good night's sleep .
