One of the best located hotels in the resort in my opinion. Opposite the beach and right in the middle of the main road with shops and restaurants and bars at your fingertips. Very modern and recently renovated. The whole hotel looks gorgeous. Our room was on the smaller side but it was spotless and comfortable and the small balcony was a plus. Cleaning staff 10/10! The food is excellent and the restaurant is super clean and well laid out with plenty of tables and staff on hand to clean up and keep things moving. The pool is nice but the sunloungers are pretty close to each other so don't expect much privacy, but the beach is so close we went there most days. Very good experience here and we're even considering returning which is not something we tend to do as it's good to try other options, but we couldn't really fault this hotel and thought it was worth every penny.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the main beach road of Santa Ponsa so we could not have wanted anything better as far as location goes. The staff are nice people. They speak English and we felt at home. The room was modern and clean and had a nice small balcony, and although it didn't have a sea view we used it a lot and appreciated the outdoor space and it was handy for putting out our sandy sandals etc. We were all inclusive as it seemed like a great deal and we liked the food. Plenty of choices and it was always freshly made and the restaurant was always kept very clean. Very good hotel.

We came for a week on the 2nd Oct 24. We booked before the renovation and were hesitant due to some poor reviews. We need not have been as the Hotel is lovely! Beautifully scented air fresheners as you walk in sweet the scene. We had no issues with reception and asked for a sea view. We were given room 118 which over looked the pool and had a side on sea view through the trees. The room was more than big enough for us, if you have very large cases you can always put them on the balcony. The beds were very and there was a good hairdryer. If you're fussy with tea bring your own as there is a kettle & fridge in the room. Not enough hangers as always. The bathroom was a little dated compared to the room but the shower pressure excellent! We enjoyed the lounge area and often went for drinks there before or after meals. We thought the drinks were fine! The wine (white was best, rose ok, red not brilliant) was definitely drinkable from the pump, my husband said the AI beer was great, we also tried the AI Pina coladas and they were fine! I didn't mind them not being in a glass. I ordered a Baileys to pay for one night & the barman gave me their own brand which I thought was lovely & it was free! The food was good & we found there was a good choice of vegetarian, fish & meat options each day. They did lots of themed nights too - Asian, Italian, Mexican etc. The location is fab, right across from a beautiful beach, no sea shoes needed to get into the crystal clear water. The beds were €19.50 for 2 for the whole day, which we didn't think was bad. We took the bus to Palma on day two but didn't enjoy that experience, it was too crowded & busy both on the bus sms in the centre of Palma. The next three days we rented a Mini convertable & visited Alcúdia, Pollensa, Andratx, Deia, Sóller, Portal Nous, Magaluf & Palma Nova. This hotel is a great base for sightseeing. On the last two days we went to the beach as we found the pool area a little cramped and not as pretty as the beach. And yes on your last day you do get your band chopped off when you check out at 11am (but you pay for nights not days I guess) this wasn't an issue for us, we had a fab English Breakfast & Orange juice at a lovely cafe overlooking the sea called 'Virtlis' and then a fab early evening pizza & pasta from a great restaurant & bar called 'Padrino'. Both worth a visit. We found that most places in Mallorca were cheaper to eat & drink in than the UK. We would definitely come back to Isabella. Thank you for a lovely stay!

we had a lovely stay at whala!isabela, really didn't want to come home, it could of been almost perfect apart from a few thing, mainly the all inclusive, more exclusions than in inclusions, you can have this but not that? what!.. me and my 2 boys and friend where all inclusive, apart from the beer, drinks are awful, and do not even try the baileys or spirits and i do not say that lightly, i do not mind unbranded spirits as long as they are full strength and good quality , definitely not the case for all inclusive, also the wine is pulled from a tap, no idea what it is or the strength of it was or what wine i was drinking, it was however drinkable, also the sangria and cocktails are pulled from a tap or out of a carton on all inclusive, i went for a mojioto for my friend and it was straight from a carton in a plastic beaker, i saw someone later on getting one served in a lovely cocktail glass made from scratch, not the case unless you are a paying guest, it's proper cocktail making service and branded spirits, i feel awful mentioning this because the staff are brilliant, but it really was bad drinks, i have stayed all inclusive many times and you can opt for gold or silver bands so you can decide what drinks you get, i would of preferred to pay more for quality drinks, and possibly a bottle of wine with our meals as oppose to a glass from a tap the food was lovely and always plenty full ,a hot cook from scratch counter as well as self service, always fresh and replenished, always something to eat, and the breakfast was in abundance, fruit, hot food food, not much kids cereal tho, we where full up always, a couple of snack hours where you can make a sandwich, hot dog etc.. hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily, i was in a ground floor sea view room which was lovely , but not much separation from next door either side, didn't really bother us after a while, but a easy thing that could be fixed for privacy, instead of some bamboo structure..small pool but did the job.. overall the hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing, thank you peter, christian, Raul, Gloria and all the restaurant staff, please sort the all inclusive drinks out and we will be back , thank you to all the amazing team.xx
