This hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were exceedingly polite and could not do enough for us. Regrettably we encountered a problem over our booking and airport transfer with an outside agency but it has to be said that Netty the Concierge and Carla on Reception went way beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation and ensure that our stay proceeded as smoothly as possible until departure. They are both to be highly commended ! The only slight disappointment was the limited menus for the poolside restaurants as there was little which was authentically Spanish on offer.Pizza and Club Sandwiches are almost universal fare - we were hoping to sample Pil Pil Prawns , Padron Peppers and other Tapas at lunchtime but , sadly, they were not on offer . It is true that Tapas were available in the main hotel bar from 6.00 pm but that was of little use to us as we were half board. Notwithstanding the foregoing we have every intention of returning to this hotel as the atmosphere was so relaxing - a fabulous experience !

Unbelievable stay made all the more remarkable by the best Hilton staff I have ever encountered.This Hilton is simply of one of the highest standard we have ever stayed in and it’s all down to the wonderful staff in every department. Housekeeping standards are exemplary and well done to Maria and Marisol for the way you kept our family suite so clean and tidy and your attention to detail was amazing.I was very surprised by how big the family suites are wit 2 lovely bedrooms and a nice sitting room area with a good sized balcony. The highlight for us was the fabulous food and service in the main La Cocina restaurant. Staff here were so friendly and kind and so good with little children as we had our one and a half year old granddaughter with us. To Diana. Ana.Aziz.Letica. Martin and Maria and all your team in the kitchen all I can say is that Hilton are so lucky to have you and continue doing the wonderful that you do. The quality and variety of food for both breakfast and dinner is amazing and we absolutely loved it . Also great facilities wit a great outdoor and indoor pool and fantastic sauna and steam room.I was so very impressed with Diogo and Andre who are management especially with the way they seemed to be everywhere and always out in front and mixing and mingling wit both guests and staff and always making sure everything was going well. Also to Nataly in guest relations you are so good in keeping connected wit the guests making them feel so welcome. As for the reception team thank you you to Alisson.Bartolemy. Netty and Jenny and all the others for the wonderful work that you do in making our stay so relaxed.Finally may we wish you all continued success in all that you strive to do to make this Hilton one of the best.Patrick Herlihy. We stayed in October at the Hilton Mallorca which has a beautiful hilltop location overlooking the sea. Very nice and modern hotel with comfortable facilities. Staff was really friendly and polite. Great and modern suite very comfortable modern and enough space. Also nice terrace. Breakfast was also really good. The only negative thing was the f&b offering at room service as well as at the bar which was not ideally mainstream. Some classic dishes were missing. But for sure this hotel is a recommendation really good value for money

This Hilton franchise is relatively new, but even a year after rebranding, it still hasn't fully met the usual Hilton standards. There are some positives: the view was stunning, the food ranged from good to very good (we had the half-board option), and the staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds, especially away from the main building, felt beautiful and relaxing, even though some areas seemed neglected. However, several issues stand out: - As noted in other reviews, the A/C frequently doesn’t work, leaving you sweating through the night and during meals. Even when it functions, it’s capped at 24.5°C, which can be uncomfortable and potentially ruin your holiday. - The hotel's layout is poorly designed. It took us 10-15 minutes to reach the main building from our room, involving 3 elevators and 4 flights of stairs—a nightmare with a stroller. - The spa area looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s, with filthy showers, clogged drains, and a bad smell. - The kids’ club, which was a key factor in our decision to stay here, was extremely neglected. There were empty drawers, no toys—just some watercolors. The small playground, however, was nice. - The staff often struggled with basic English. We repeatedly asked for half-liter water bottles but were always given larger ones without explanation, and we were charged for them. Not a huge issue, but not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. - While our room was clean, the carpets and floors in common areas desperately needed vacuuming. The restrooms felt more like those at a gas station than in a resort.
