Upon a previous visit to Sa Coma, I saw this hotel and wanted to stay here so we booked it and I can honestly say I was not disappointed with it. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who made check in straight forward and easy and was given our room keys. We made our way to the rooms via the lifts. These are inside but when you reach your floor the lifts are outside so you walk along to your rooms outside. Upon entering our room we were amazed at how clean and large they were. We had a separate room complete with a sofa, fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, tv and wardrobe. We then made our way to the bedroom which was spacious and also had a tv on the wall. The safe in the rooms were free, which was a bonus. opening the doors the balcony was a good size had a table and three chairs on it. The view of the beach and sea were outstanding, we also had a view of the pool area below us. Pool towels were also in the rooms for us to use if we didnt have our own. The cleaners worked above and beyond to kept the rooms spotless. Food at the hotel was outstanding, so much choice that even picky people would find something to eat. There was a showcase where you could get food cooked while watching. Each night had a themed night which we loved. We stayed half board so had breakfast and evening meal included. As we had this we had an option of eating in the Mexican restaurant one night free but was advised to book prior to visiting as it gets busy. We did this but did not really find this as good as we expected as the food was sample foods brought out and not something from a menu to choose from to eat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. You are close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. i loved this hotel that much that as soon as I came home I rebooked it again for another visit

There an obviously number of considerations when booking a hotel dependent upon where and when you are going. However, if it involves sun, a beach, sea, good accommodation, good food and, particularly, great service from the staff then the THB Sa Coma Platja exceeds all of these needs. To some people, the idea of going to the same hotel for five years every September would be ridiculous but for us it means an easy, late season, break knowing exactly how well we will be treated. And usually, after a busy year, that’s just what we need. We’ve travelled extensively throughout the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and even Russia and have stayed in some remarkably excellent hotels along the way but the hotel we’ve returned to time after time is the THB Sa Coma. It’s nothing like the “luxury” of the hotels we have had in Dubai but, unlike Dubai, the overriding factor, above all, is the friendliness of the staff who are always smiling, always ready to help and are exactly what every person in the hospitality sector should be. They are an absolute credit to the THB group. Would we recommend the THB Sa Coma? Of course we would and, more than likely, we will be back.

An Excellent week at a lovely hotel in a very nice resort. This was I think our 6th stay here. I come with my disabled son Dan for a boys holiday. The staff are Friendly and helpful , and the hotel is spotlessly clean . The food is very good with a selection for everyone. The rooms are excellent with tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave. Sa Coma is a family orientated quieter resort but with plenty of bars and restaurants. The pavements have been upgraded in the past 12 months which is great. Love this hotel and we will be back in 2025. Thank you 😊

“Lovely hotel in the most perfect location ever.”

This hotel was a really pleasant surprise, huge room, very well presented and kept spotless daily by great cleaning staff who were always very friendly and polite. This hotel was a really pleasant surprise, huge room, very well presented and kept spotless daily by great cleaning staff who were always very friendly and polite. The pool area was amazing always loads of free deckchairs and umbrellas, which I suspect was because you could walk out of the back gate and virtually straight onto the lovely beach here. Very very busy beach with expensive Loungers @ €38 for two. But to be honest there is lots of ‘sand’ areas where you could just find a spot easily. We left our gear by the pool, went for a swim in the sea and relaxed by the hotel pool. It almost felt Caribbean. We had a few lunchtime meals poolside and although it was a small menu the food, especially the salads were amazing. We went room only and my only minimal niggle was that there was no cutlery in the room despite there being a kettle, fridge and microwave. Not really an issue as we only needed a teaspoon for cups of tea but a bit of an oversight. Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday, there is no evening entertainment but as we went out every evening we weren’t bothered by that.
