This is a 3 star hotel not 4 star. The hotel itself requires alot of TLC and maintenance . Food was very the same and food hall chaotic! With staff unable to keep up with demand ! Staff were freindly and hard workers but I feel they needed more on their team to support them. Animation team were fantastic and entertainment good . Pool toilets! Use at your own risk! Unclean and often getting either stuck as the door would not open or no lock and door did not close ! Beds were hard and uncomfortable and items such as the bin brown with rust ! There is no gym although this was advertised as having one . Location is amazing and views fantastic .

Ok so we stayed here early June. We requested a room on the first floor but was put in a ground floor room and told we couldn’t change. We arrived at 11pm but the hotel had put out some cold food (Sandwiches etc) which I thought was nice and thoughtful. The lady at reception was lovely. We got to our room and were quite shocked. Don’t let the pictures fool you. The room is very basic. It doesn’t look like how they advertised it. The bathroom looks really nice but the smell is absolutely horrendous! We had to leave the light on constantly so the extractor fan would stay on because the smell was that bad! The room was cleaned daily by a lovely woman who was very nice and polite. The food had a lot of choice and was nice but a few things I noticed for example they don’t change gloves when touching meat and fish it’s all kinda just thrown on together. The pizzas are really good and the chef is really friendly. Entertainment was ok. There isn’t really much to do around this part so we rented a car and went to Palma. We got a tattoo from the shop outside the hotel the lady was so nice and inviting and the tattooist was great. Very clean shop. Overall I would give this place a 2/3 Stars definitely not a 4.

This hotel is certainly not a 4 stars. It is firmly a 3 star. The hotel is situated in a great position, just on the sea front. At the reception the staff was polite but did not offer any information. There were books regarding the surrounding area but this was not pointed out, you would have to find them yourself. The rooms were comfortable and the cleaning staff were very good but there was broken curtains, sockets needing repair and general housekeeping that for the beginning of the season should’ve not been there. I think that maybe leaving information leaflets in the room would be a good idea. The dining room staff was really good and there was plenty of choice for everyone but the dining room was really busy at times with children running around amongst people with hot food. I would advise to wait an hour after opening before going for any meal. The bar staff was not very friendly apart for one person, the older gentleman serving the bar was funny but the rest was unfriendly and never smiled. The drinks quality was very poor. One night, just after 11.00pm, one staff member started to tidying up the chair around the tables making a lot of screeching noises while looking at his phone the all times, as I said, not very friendly. The entertainment staff was nice but didn’t include everyone and the entertainment itself was not very good. The surrendering area is calm and relaxing. The beach is beautiful. This is an ok hotel, I would go back knowing that this is a 3 stars only but certainly not as a 4 stars.

If you are English be prepared to be stared at 24/7!!! Me and my boyfriend have just got back from spending a week here and we have never felt so uncomfortable. Everytime we’d go for food,go down to the pool,walk around outside the hotel,sit on our balcony we had eyes on us , people pointing and laughing at us.the sad part is they didn’t even try an hide it either they would make it so obvious, walking into us was another thing. Which made us feel so unwelcome. Apart from this …. The room was amazing ,we had an apartment and the A/C was amazing especially if you leave it on all the time! (Can get abit too cold though! Not a bad thing ) Sofa/bed was comfy, bathroom was clean , shower and hairdryer were powerful. The food was decent , always had pizza/burger/chips/chicken 24/7 and they always had pancakes&fry ups for breakfast and always had food on the go,especially the pool bar with a lot of food outside of buffet hours. Loved how close it is to the beach , you can go left or right and end up on the sunny dreamy beach! There’s also a bike shop right outside the front on the hotel where you can hire bikes/scooters , there are alot of ‘spar’ shops too - there must be 3 on each street! So very close if you need to pop to the shops for anything. If you are like us and wanting a tattoo avoid the tattoo shop that’s next door to this bike shop outside the entrance to the hotel as they will rip you off for a tiny tattoo and then charge you more for shading and colour! Even if it’s one tiny stroke you want in colour!! Two very tiny tattoos I had ended up going from €60 for both ( which I thought was okay as we are in Spain) but then changed to €100, then after they had finished it ended being €125 for both , they will probably tell you “if you come back tomorrow it’ll be more expensive because we have to use different needles” which I can’t help but laugh at now!! But as we were very easy to manipulate money from as we are people pleasers we of course ended up paying €125 for 2 tiny tattoos on each so it was €125 x2 , please avoid going there!! Also tattoo artist is off his head! There is a lovely restaurant on the beachfront next to the spar called Restaurante Pizzeria Sa Coma and their food is amazing!! The garlic bread , chicken croquettes and pizzas are to die for!! Amazing friendly staff too!! So if you don’t mind being stared at and robbed of your money then please enjoy! And I really do hope your experience is much better than ours!
