“Not much for the money.”

this hotel disappointed us. children's playground across the road. very noisy area. only one single pool. the only thing that saves it is the kitchen. she was really excellent. the beaches were beautiful, but sometimes the wind was stronger.

Hotel is very basic. Rooms are clean, but in need of updating. We arrived on Tuesday and there is supposed to be a daily towel change, by Thursday we still hadn't had any, despite requesting. Hotel is very basic. Rooms are clean, but in need of updating. We arrived on Tuesday and there is supposed to be a daily towel change, by Thursday we still hadn't had any, despite requesting. Finally after speaking at reception and stating it was a complaint, someone came a took the dirty towels, and left us 1... for 3 adults and an infant!, the service trolley was in the corridor, so i took some from there. They also striped the cot and didn't remake it and getting fresh bedding was so difficult, took nearly 4 hours for someone to actually come and look, then decide yes we needed some bedding. The beds were firm mattress, but pillows are thin and lumpy Food choice is ok, plenty of fresh foods available at meal times, but the all inc snacks are a sandwich, that have have to ask at the bar for, or a couple of biscuits. Soft drinks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sangria , beet and wine are available to self serve. Good selection of alcohol available, cocktails are 4.90e each. Restaurant is clean and food area is clean and well stocked. Pool area was clean and plenty of sun loungers, a sign saying reserving is not allowed is ignored, but plenty available when i was there. Some Staff struggle to understand English, but you get by. The area is quiet with a few bars nearby. A 2 minute walk gets you to the beach, which is sandy and clean, with sun loungers available for hire, of just pitch up with your own stuff. There isn't a great deal for children nearby, but a free bus takes you to the safari park and other attractions. I had a low budget for all inclusive and this was in the budget, would i return, no, but that's my own preference .

Right now I was a little sceptical about this hotel so I’ll give my honest review, on arrival I was surprised to be asked to show what room I booked as this did not have the information, then to be told we were not staying in the hotel but an annex across the road which absolutely stank I believe the air con unit must have been located near a drainage system because the smell was unbearable, it was ground floor every night we were woken up by shouting or buses dropping people off with the engine running. The food was something to be desired breakfast was ok but lunch and dinner was inedible, on the meat station cross contamination was a huge issue. The staff were friendly enough and the drinks were plentiful. Now onto one of the biggest issues I felt with the hotel facilities was as the pool area, it is tiny and a fight to get a spot in the morning as a total of approximately 30 beds available for around 200+ people. All in all the hotel is exactly as stated it’s basic but needs a uplift.
