Overall Experience: very pleasant stay; I would certainly return and recommend. Cleanliness: very clean, didn't notice otherwise across the hotel facilities and rooms. Service: their best asset, the staff. mostly friendly and approachable personnel at the breakfast room | really lovely people at reception and bars (helpful, gregarious). Some of the names I still remember Angela, Alba, Claire, Fernando... thank you all! Location: this was located in a good spot for us, but I suppose one may want to stay at the beach for choosing this hotel. It's right on the beach, close to amenities and to large supermarkets. Perhaps it's unfortunate the Britannia Pub is SO loud many week nights, because if you are sharing the room having someone in the sofa bed... they would not be able to sleep until nearly midnight. Luckily, the way the room has been designed, having the possibility of sliding the door in between the bedroom and the desk area, IT'S GENIUS!! I have always thought more hotels should do that. I LOVE THAT!!! Room Comfort: decoration is lovely, sea views are amazing and bed is really comfy. As you are able to slide the cupboard door to shut off the noise from the road and the corridors, you get a really good night sleep. Check-in and Check-out: these were standard. As this was for business, we didn't need to worry but for the tourist tax; which was dealt with professionally. Amenities: we experienced issues with the WiFi as you move across the room from the desk towards the bedroom. Once you understand what's going on, you accept it and avoid moving the mobile phone past half-bed. That way, it is always connected and not trying to reconnect to another antenna. I also love the fact that the rooms have two TVs (although one of them wasn't working properly) and that there is a microwave, I love that too! Lastly, I think the bracelet system works really well in the restaurant. They see you have a bracelet for all inclusive, breakfast only, or nothing and the waiters don't bother you. Other THB hotels use this system but can't make it work properly.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Platja hotel in Sa Coma, room was a junior suite which was large with a living area and a bedroom area, it had two TVs with English and European channels and working aircon and fridge. We had a balcony facing the pool which was peaceful. We had bed and breakfast and breakfast was well organised with a good selection of meats, juice, fruit etc. The staff were always really friendly and we always felt so welcomed, rooms were cleaned daily, I have no complaints about the hotel itself. Tips: Opposite it is the Brittania which plays loud music until late so be warned if you don’t mind hearing ABBA at 1am then 🤷‍♂️ Don’t go to the SPAR opposite it’s very expensive to go the shop on the same side as the hotel to the right of it. Much cheaper

Travelled for a long weekend stay with my daughter. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious with a great view over the pool towards the beach. Went bed and breakfast and the latter was well set up with plenty of choice which would suit everyone. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and food was really tasty. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We mainly spent time on the beach. 2 x Sunbeds, umbrella and safe were €35 which included a voucher for 2 free drinks at the beach bar (note: closes at 6pm). Our only complaint is that there were far too many loungers round the pool. Absolutely no room between them. I guess in high season they may all get used but would suggest putting out some and then others as required. We both prefer the beach and close this hotel as had direct access. Would have been disappointed if we’d had to sit squashed by the pool. All in all, a very pleasant break. Be warned, Sa Coma is extremely limited when it comes to dining options.
