Lovely stay for our wedding anniversary/half term break. The hotel looks great on arrival and our check in was with a super friendly guy who was very knowledgeable and gave all the details we needed and it was 01.30am in the morning. Breakfast and evening meals was plenty full with tonnes of choices on offer. The junior suite was very modern and on trend loads of room with a very spacious balcony we stayed in room 6204. The gym & spa was great and we used on several occasions and again well kept. Overall a fantastic break and we would certainly return 1000000000% Thank you to all the staff and team at the hotel great work.

Hotel This should be a 5 star hotel It's absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The best thing are the staff, every single person is friendly, helpful and approachable, they can't do enough for you and most speak very good English. They all interact with the children so nicely too. Food: 5 star! Abundance of food every meal time Presented beautifully Tasted amazing Fresh and different every night Healthy/unhealthy options available Food for kids Staff constantly ensure it never runs out I didn't worry about eating any of it. Each night they change their special table, sushi/cheeses/meats/fish/tapas Absolutely delicious 😋 Pool: Brilliant and very clean Two large pools Two kids pools Slide area/Pool for younger kids Lots of sunbeds Looks beautiful surrounded by the mountains Facilities I can't fault a thing Spa in the hotel Laundrette Bike hire Rent towels from reception for beach or pool for £10 deposit which they return when you leave and refresh on a Tuesday and Friday. Amazing pools with adult only areas Entertainment every night for kids which they all seemed to love and then adult entertainment which was okay, tribute bands were brilliant. Maintenance on hand with any issues Cleaners come in most days, very friendly and helpful and again so nice to my boy, Theresa was brilliant. Bus stop 2min walk from hotel at the end of the road and they come every half hour Location 40min on bus transfer from airport Hotel is in-between Port De Polenca and Port D'Alcudia, set back from a road. Beach in front of hotel is pebble but you can find a quiet spot and have it to yourself. About 40min walk into Port De Polenca. Cycling took less than 15mins, or 10mins on the bus. Beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants on the beach, nice shops and pretty Port. Alcudia would take over an hour to walk, we cycled it and it took around 35mins. Bus takes about 20mins Port D'Alcudia was absolutely stunning So many places to eat on the sandy beach, shops, small fun fair and Lots to see. We hired bikes with my 4 year old on the back, child seat up to 24kg and around 18 euro a day or 15 euro without child seat. Buses Bus stop 2min walk from hotel at the end of the road and they come every half hour I can't find a single fault with this hotel and would 100% return again.

The hotel complex is in a nice quite a nice area with a frequent bus service. The rooms are fine to a point, the sofa bed mattress was rock solid and hard to sleep on, the AC didn't work due to the patio door being broken and unable to be closed which let in alot of mosquitos during the day, also … more

The hotel complex is in a nice quite a nice area with a frequent bus service. The rooms are fine to a point, the sofa bed mattress was rock solid and hard to sleep on, the AC didn't work due to the patio door being broken and unable to be closed which let in alot of mosquitos during the day, also the safe didnt work, we spent the first 2 hours there getting help from the 1 maintenance guy who thought he had fixed it about 4/5 times and eventually gave up. The guard rail outside the front door was badly put together and was being held together with zip ties, if anybody had actually put some weight onto them it might have snapped the ties. The bars are actually nice and light, pool bar was nicely situated as was the restaurant section for lunch, the bar at night was spacious and incredibly comfy, the only downside was a couple of the bar staff argued about some of the drinks that were on the all inclusive menu and on the last night the bar staff tried charging us for drinks that were on the all inclusive menu. Last thing the food was ok, it was my first experience of all inclusive so there wasn't anything to judge against, the breakfast and dinner buffet filled a hole and lunchtime at the pool side bar was better than I thought, the only thing missing was if you wanted a snack in between meals you had to either go into Alcudia or Pollensa, or use the mini market on site to get your snacks.
