“Would stay for a month or two”
The place is very clean for a hostel, the staff have been really nice and the location was amazing. Surrounded by a pine forest and a lovely beach only 2mins with 2 others on each side. Limited with places to eat & drink but cala d or was just a short bus ride away. Nothing fancy but beautiful and as quiet as ur gonna get in mallorca. We loved it

I first stayed at Condemar 39 years ago with my parents who went every year. Last time was 20 years ago with small children. This visit was with my adult children. Many people return year after year. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is buffet style with a coffee machine, plenty of food! Dinner if doing half board is simple but pleasant and very good value for money. Rooms, again, simple but clean and a good size. All have a lovely view. Pool is a good size, cleaned thoroughly every morning. Bar is well stocked and very well priced. Location is one of the best on the island, based in a national park, it’s 100m to a beautiful beach with a very good beach bar/restaurant. If you want a quiet, simple, relaxing holiday this place is for you. If you want 4* entertainment, restaurant it’s not. My family all loved it and will be back.

“Good budget hotel - (hostel)”
We've had a very good week here apart from the very hot nights. No air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel just down the road does have it but it's twice the price. So you get what you pay for. We've had a very good week here apart from the very hot nights. No air conditioning in the rooms. The hotel just down the road does have it but it's twice the price. So you get what you pay for. The rooms are basic but comfortable. TV, phone and a balcony. The pool is good and you can usually get a sunbed. The beach is just down the road. Very safe and lovely warm water. Some sunbeds with shade and a restaurant on the beach. The bus leaves from the beach to Cala D,or and costs €3 each way. We were half board. The breakfast was ok and the evening meal was buffet style, very Spanish which we liked. Meat and fish most nights. However if you wanted you could have a la carte which was pretty good. Staff have enough English to get you what you want but don't be expecting conversational English. A quiet location apart a big family who made a lot of noise two nights until early hour - they left and then we had a peaceful time. All in all good value for what we paid I thought it was great.

“Balcony”
Avoid the corner rooms, ending in 107,207,307. Balcony is tiny and different size from other rooms, but for the same price. Lovely location, set in natural park, lovely pool are and good breakfast. Would definitely go back if knew that I could avoid the mentioned room numbers.
