Hotel was great, very clean and well maintained. The views were fantastic, weather was beautiful and overall a great trip. Porto Colom is a pretty fishing village within walking distance from the hotel. Buses are accessible to visit other resorts if you want to get around and see more of island. The staff were amazing, kind friendly and knowledgeable polite and an asset to the hotel. The food was excellent with a good range of dishes. The only negative I can say about that part was the labelling of food could have been clearer stating what was vegetarian or vegan and listing the ingredients as unclear sometimes as to whether there was meat in the dishes or not ! If you’re reading this and thinking of going BOOK IT !

Lovely quiet and clean hotel. Plenty of places to relax, inside and outside, terraces for eating and drinking with a view of the sea, 2 pools (cold), and gardens. No blaring pop music, nobody raising their voice much, just suits me. There's a gym and spa - where I had a relaxing massage - at roof level with open views. When there was music in the evenings I didn't hear it from my room. I went down for some music nights. I had a terrace outside, which was handy for catching a cool breeze. The food suited me, too, with lots of vegetables. It's all self-serve, and there's a kind of bistro bar, too. The coast is rocky, but beaches are nearby. It's only 10 minutes walk to the waterside and the Square where the market is held. In 20 minutes of walking you can be in the old village with the boat inlets beneath the terraces. Some shops are near and many eateries. I went solo and it was October, hot for me, up to 29 degrees some days. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting peace and relaxation, and music some evenings.

“Excellent holiday”

We have had another excellent holiday at Cape Colom, and looking forward to the next. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, hope they are all there next time. The facilities are first class including two pools and wonderful views especially from the sixth floor.

This Location is absolutely amazing, it's very quiet if your looking for a place to just chill this is the place. The rooms are pretty dated but clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The food , I thought wasn't great, but again I can be a picky eater. The hotel really caters for Germans ( my opinion) we found the Germans always got served first at the bar 😁 even some of the Germans noticed that too, but only if the female German staff was working 😀 , we didn't mind at first but got quite annoying towards the end. The staff work so so hard, especially the bar staff which is so short staff, normally there was only one person on, I don't know how they done it, but they always had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this Hotel, this was our second year to go back, not sure if I do a 3rd year tho.
