Have just spent 5 nights here in a studio apartment for 2. The accommodation is fairly basic but is spotlessly clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, large powerful shower and a balcony with table and chairs. The pool area is clean and tidy, and the beach is a 5 min walk away, along with some lovely restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful, particularly Lupe who was lovely. Overall excellent value in a beautiful location for a quiet beach holiday.

“Safety deposit box.”

On arrival after a 3 hour transfer which should have only taken 1.5 hours we are greated with a closed reception when we asked the bus driver what we should do he replied you need a code for the safe which was located outside then basically left us standing there with no code and 2 kids who where v… more

On arrival after a 3 hour transfer which should have only taken 1.5 hours we are greated with a closed reception when we asked the bus driver what we should do he replied you need a code for the safe which was located outside then basically left us standing there with no code and 2 kids who where very tired after walking around my partner found a phone number who gave us the code but if we hadn't had a charged phone we would have been left outside in the middle of nowhere with a 3 and 10 year old then the next day we had we was asked for a 200 euro deposit and if u was paying on your bank card which would be taken and given back after a month so told them I wasn't doing that lucky the bank machine wasn't working so the lady let me off but did find out if you didn't leave your apartment tidy people do get money taken out of this deposit so.please be careful . The bar wasn't open on site or even the restaurant the rooms are very spacious but did need a good clean Over all had a good holiday just not the place for us . If going to arrive after midnight makesure u all a head or email for the code plus if u leave before 8 am go the night before for your deposit back x

Warm welcome from reception, great views from our balcony but rather noisy with deliveries to local spar shop think was everyday. Perfect location for a beach holiday, shops, and restaurants within close proximity. Bar on the beach had great vibes, views, and friendly staff. The only disappointment was the bathroom continually smelt musty and shower panel needed a clean, including toiletries holders. Also, the bar on site was never open.

“Very quiet - Basic but clean”

We walked to the nearest supermarket (eroski) and got a taxi back which cost us about £9 with all food shopping for the week. It worked out a lot cheaper doing this. There is a beautiful little restaurant across the road called VistaSol which we visited a few times. Only eating there on the last night and we wish we did it sooner as the food was beautiful- service was fantastic too. Wish I had known a bit more about possible excursions in the area like boat tours. Would have been nice to see a bit more information advertised about this. We visited the market of Santanyí which is held every Wednesday and Saturday 10:00 - - 14:00. Highly recommend! Fantastic place to visit for food, drink, culture, music and home made gifts. We got the majority of our gifts this day as everything was so beautiful. Only issue was leaving the market. There is one area only known as the “taxi rank” waiting area. We Joined the back of the queue and waited for at least 1 hour 20 mins. It appears they have only a few taxis operating. If you can book a private excursion then I’d recommend this - it is honestly worth it though. Try the fresh olives when you are there from the main olive store! Beautiful. The pool life guards at the hotel were friendly especially the gentleman with the longer hair. He helped my mum getting out the pool which he didn’t need to. Always had a smile on his face : D Pros - it was quiet (maybe too quiet) Pool area was cleaned every day. It closed at 7pm They had no issue with us drinking our own drinks or snacks by the sun beds Plenty of sun beds to choose from Air con worked brilliantly in our room. Facilities were adequate for our stay Bed and pillows were very comfy. Cons- no bar open. No food available at the hotel. No oven in our room - just microwave and stove. Beds and towels were only changed once in our stay. No live music or entertainment Hotel has NO lift If you do smoke you will be asked to smoke outside the grounds when sunbathing. Handy tips - there is a spa shop located 2 min walk away from the hotel There is an ATM cash machine located right outside the hotel Highly recommend a travel card like Monzo if you are travelling abroad as it doesn’t charge fees when paying on your card There is a handful of restaurants on the beach front. If you want a front seat facing the beach they are often taken or reserved. Top tip - book one week in advance in busy summer periods to guarantee sea view table. If you smoke there is a cigarette machine inside the restaurant c’an Bernat. For the beach it was €18 euros for the sun beds all day. Think we paid about the same for the hire of a pedalo too which you have one hour to use it. Treated ourself to a thai massage (only 20 min walk) however do your research before as they are not as relaxing as we thought! Haha…. Be mindful if you are getting your coach back for a morning flight - ours arrived 20 mins early so be ready and waiting! Reception opens at 8am so if you want your deposit back consider the timings. Overall a pleasant stay.
