We had an amazing time at Hotel Tomir in Portals Nous. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and modern. We especially liked having a small kitchen, perfect for preparing quick snacks or a light dinner. The balcony views were stunning, especially during sunset. The location was ideal—close to the beach and the Portals Nous marina, where you can find plenty of restaurants. The food at the hotel was good, with a fantastic breakfast buffet.

“Wonderful hotel for honeymoon”

We stayed here for our honeymoon. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend and would love to return. The hugh junior suite had two balconies. Wonderful sea views. All the staff were happy, helpful and friendly. Pool was obviously cold in end of October but the hugh outdoor jacuzzi was heated. Relaxing music playing all the time. Selection of breakfast choices is excellent.

Excellent hotel superior double had amazing views from sunrise to sunset. Rooms spotlessly clean and modern. Bar area and outdoor dining was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast was fine the hot options whilst varied weren’t very hot but passable. Good location to Port portals and the village which had a good vibe and some lovely restaurants Moo Moos, Chamelis and the Ship were good value and good quality food. Small supermarket in the village very cheap and well stocked bottle of water 25 cents! Good choice of buses and taxis at roundabout close to Marineland and there was a good walking path from here into Palma Nova about 40 mins comfortable walk Would definitely recommend this location if you like it quieter and less touristy with the hotel being an asset to the area and would definitely stay there again

“OK but too noisy for us”

This hotel was too noisy for us but would probably be fine if you're used to living in a noisy environment or are hard of hearing. There's no efficient sound proofing so you could hear all too clearly the clomping of feet, scraping of chairs being moved, conversations and music from adjacent rooms… more

This hotel was too noisy for us but would probably be fine if you're used to living in a noisy environment or are hard of hearing. There's no efficient sound proofing so you could hear all too clearly the clomping of feet, scraping of chairs being moved, conversations and music from adjacent rooms (at 1.00-2.00am this gets a bit jarring). There was also the constant noise from traffic, which meant we couldn't have our patio doors ajar at night as the traffic noise was too loud for us. Sitting on the balcony was also marred at times by the horrible smell of cigarette smoke wafting up/across from nearby balconies. We requested a sea view room, which we got if you looked to your left whilst sitting on the balcony. What Jet2 didn't mention or show any photos of, is the less attractive view of tall buildings directly opposite our balcony (see photo). The grounds of the hotel felt small for the amount of rooms and the grounds are certainly nothing special aesthetically. On the plus side, the hotel was clean and tidy, the food we ate in the hotel was fine and the staff helpful and friendly (just a couple of the younger, male waiting staff lacked a professional manner). We'd hoped for a relaxing holiday but unfortunately left feeling shattered through lack of sleep due to the noise from neighbouring rooms and traffic. Because of this, it's not a hotel we would return to or recommend to friends/family looking for a quieter type hotel. Travel companies (Jet2 in this instance) should be more open and honest about the hotels they're advertising so that people can make an informed decision when booking their holiday.
