We are just back from an amazing two weeks at this hotel and will definitely return! We had a superior room with a sea view on the 8th floor, the view was amazing! Refurbished rooms are lovely with good aircon and smart tvs which was so handy for logging into Netflix to get kids to wind down for a bit after showers in the evening. Only downside is the rooms are a bit small and open storage looks great empty but so hard to keep tidy. The seat built in the room is a waste of space and an actual wardrobe or drawers would be much handier. We were all inclusive and the buffet restaurant was brilliant, we had thought we would eat out more than we actually did and didn't as the food was so good! Also live cooking at all mealtimes and loads of choice, most amazing mussels every few days too! We didn't use the international restaurant as it was American theme and just isn't our choice, we much prefer trying local food. Loads of choice of drinks in all inclusive and ice lollies all day long. Afternoon snack bar did often run out depending on how many people went into buffet for lunch. First few days loads of choices or sun beds at anytime but last few days needed to be down early to get the sun loungers we wanted and the soft ones on the grass were a brilliant option with kids to chill in. The entertainment team are amazing! Roberto, Angela, Julia and Dina worked so hard at entertaining everyone and my kids absolutely loved all the activities! They changed plans depending on age and abilities of kids all the time! They really made our holiday!

“Amazing holiday”

Just back from a 10 day holiday with family and best friend and 12 year old daughter. Honestly was the best holiday I've ever been on. The hotel and pools spotless clean, the food was really good, the staff in the restaurant in reception and the bars were so lovely nothing was too much trouble. The cleaners were lovely and cleaned our rooms everyday fresh towels fresh beds. The entertainment for kids was amazing always something to do. So close to shops and beach. Honestly could not fault one thing about the holiday. And the animation team absolutely make this hotel. ROBERTO is OUTSTANDING and really runs the entertainment to perfection. He's so pleasant involves everyone in everything he's doing, he really is a credit to the hotel. Dima and the wee wee girl with curly hair forget her name but she was lovely so was Dima and so good with the children. Will definitely be returning next summer

“Fantastic stay”

We have just returned from a lovely trip to this hotel with our 4 year old. We stayed B&B which suited us as we like to eat out at night. The breakfasts were good, nice omelettes and fresh fruit, pancakes with chocolate spread for kids along with the usual. The kids pool is great, so much to entertain. There aren’t loads of sun beds around this and unless you got down by 8am it was difficult to get a bed there but there were plenty around the larger pool and comfy ones with a canopy on the grass area. The large pool is where most of the activities took place. My only criticism is that there were often lots of insects in the deep end of the pool which could’ve been cleaned out more regularly. The hotel overall though was very clean and sanitiser everywhere. We did lose one of my sons teddies on day 2 or 3, I think it must’ve got caught up in the bedding but after speaking with reception it returned from its adventure within 24 hours much to my sons delight. We were in a superior view with sea view and this was one of the recently refurbished rooms. It was a lovely room, we didn’t have an issue with storage, we took a couple of additional hangars with us, used the shelves and put our cases down the side of the kids bed to act as a bed guard so we had enough space. Balcony was lovely too. My little one isn’t keen on kids clubs etc and I was worried that he/we would be pressured to join in but we weren’t at all. They did make an effort but didn’t persist when it was clear he didn’t want to join in and it can easily be avoided if wanted. The main man (apologies I didn’t catch his name) who runs most of the entertainment was amazing though, I fear he never sleeps! He was so hard working and was great with everyone. As others have said the beach is really close by as are a few supermarkets. We ate out every night, Casa Villa di Mare is just round the corner and a lovely Italian. However we spent most of the evenings in Puerto Pollensa. We often got a taxi there (6-8 euros) and we walked back due to the heat earlier on. Be warned the taxi system isn’t great and there was sometimes a long wait and on one occasion we had to abandon and walk as we were going to miss our reservation. Can recommend Lemon Lounge bar for a pre dinner cocktail with lovely views. Laroc Italian for pizza, Tirana Street Food for delicious burgers and Tierra de Fuegos for a lovely fillet steak. There are lots of little play parks on the beach on the walk back and my little one thought it was so exciting playing in them as it got dark. Overall we had a really lovely time and will no doubt be back. Thank you
