Amazing location, right opposite the beautiful beach, very close to restaurants and a short walk to the harbour. Nice pool and a supermarket right underneath the apartments which was so handy. Brilliant reception staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Accommodation is fairly basic but very clean and has everything you need in the apartment. We had a seaview and can highly recommend this, the view was amazing. No early morning dash for sunbeds which I loved! We had a really lovely, relaxing family holiday and we would all love to return next year.

Friendly ,clean ,tidy apartments in need of TLC as others have said previously. Staff friendly, but their presence in reception is a bit hit and miss, but they do respond if you leave them notes. Friendly ,clean ,tidy apartments in need of TLC as others have said previously. Staff friendly, but their presence in reception is a bit hit and miss, but they do respond if you leave them notes. Good location for beach, shops , bars. Small intimate pool area not suitable for small children or grown up loud mouthed idiots. I disagree with the adverse comments about the manager being grumpy, he’s actually committed and very helpful. A case of grumpy is what grumpy gets.

Aircon works well. Lovely Balcony view onto the pool and ocean. Has very basic cooking facilities, no oven, just microwave and hob. Bathroom has good shower, etc as you would expect. Staff are friendly and helpful, the place is kept clean and tidy. The pool is clean and the area around it gets lent of sun, with Shaded options, I would book a ground floor next time, your patio is so close to the pool perfect for kids hopping in and out. Generally nice quiet well mannered environment. * Location is excellent, right underneath very good spa that have fresh baguettes, baked goods every day this was excellent and very reasonable. *Beach is on your doorstep, the water is crystal clear and the whole area is nice and clean. Can spend all day there, especially with the apartments so close. The promenade is flat and has a nice very walkable stretch into the town, all along there are lovely places to eat, supermarkets, and shops, plenty of choice, walk a a street or 2 inwards and even more again. The square is a great place to dine out, people are really friendly and welcoming, the Harbour/Marina whatever you want to call it, is really nice, again nice places to eat and take a stroll. Whole environment felt friendly and safe ad accessible for strollers, wheelchairs etc. This is NOT a club 18-30 resort with drunks everywhere and people shouting obscenities, plenty of places to have a drink it just doesn't attract that crowd thankfully., this is a grown up, family friendly environment with a blend of families and mature couples. It's a little gem of a place, can't wait to go back.

Nice sea view apartment literally across the road from a beautiful, peaceful beach in Puerto Pollensa. Pros: Nice private balcony area to relax and enjoy the view Kitchenette area is sufficient for creating breakfast and lunch and eating al fresco on the balcony Beachfront location, easy to pop back and forth to apartment from beach Bathroom has nicely sized modern walk-in shower, including waterfall shower Living room is spacious and modern Port Pollensa shops, restaurants and harbour a short walk away Swimming pool is smallish but adequate size for swimming a few laps Convenient Spar shop directly below Reception staff are helpful if you need assistance The Puerto Pollensa location is quiet, peaceful, clean and classy. We were so glad we chose here and not an overcrowded place. Cons: The Sea View room is lovely, the cheaper pool view room does not have a view Kitchenette area is very small, with two rings & a microwave for cooking. Not big enough for cooking dinners but we wanted to eat out in the evening anyway. Bathroom shower was faulty, both waterfall shower and normal shower came on at the same time and couldn't turn one off. But still a nice shower. Bedroom only has sheets to sleep and the pillows are very thin and soft TV in living room is all Spanish channels, found one English-speaking channel (71) which was real life like Cheshire Housewives & American True Crime The WIFI kept dropping, not a great connection and could get frustrating at times.
