We stayed at the Paradiso Garden Hotel in October 2024, it was a wonderful experience. A beautiful hotel with a modern style throughout. The outside provides excellent areas to relax and sip a cold or hot drink. Free use of the Spa is a big bonus and we loved relaxing there. The hotel is 200m from the beach in a quiet cul de sac. The 25 local bus takes 30mins to get into the beautiful city of Palma. A trip we did a couple of times. The food was excellent. The staff at the Paradiso Gardens are extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention must be made to Pilar in the dining room. A lovely lady who greets everyone with a smile to start their day. Cloe, the guest services manager, was also so helpful and friendly. She was a delight.

We want to say a massive thanks to Jose, Naira, Elvis, Ramon, Javi, Pepe, Carmen, Ainhoa and the cleaning staff (& bebe quatro). Sorry not to mention everyone, as you are all special. It was just perfect. We were delighted with our swim-up room but would be happy to return to this hotel regardless of the room type. Thank you for a fabulous holiday. Hope to see you all again. We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights at the Paradiso Garden.the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff absolutely lovely and the food was fantastic. We were travelling with a 5 month baby and nothing was too much trouble.we have to say a massive thank you to Estella and Victoria in the restaurant for entertaining Raya!! We loved the fact that we could have brunch instead of breakfast which made our mornings very relaxing. The outdoor pool area was really good but the pool itself too cold for the baby so we used the indoor pool in the spa everyday instead! The hotel was quiet and met all our needs for a relaxing short break but was only a five minute stroll down to the beach and promenade which were much busier. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Enjoyable stay with some observations Having previously been on holiday in the North of the Island (20+ yrs ago)we were keen to stay closer to Palma on this holiday. Location The Paradiso Gardens is a short local bus ride from the capital and although in the very busy Playa De Palma area the hotel/grounds was discreetly positioned in a quieter part but still really handy for the beach .The local bus service (very crowded) took you into Palma (No25 to the Cathedral) and No 23 to Plaza Espanyol at a standard 2 euro fare -good value whilst an airport bus service(not crowded) was about 5 euro) Hotel and Grounds The hotel was in two blocks both overlooking the garden/pool and outdoor lounge area all with balconies and with sea views for some.. We found the front of house team both Reception and Management very pleasant and courteous and extremely helpful at all times. The outdoor area was excellent for relaxing and "chilling out" with both an outdoor dining area along with a section of very comfortable cushioned loungers all with canopy covers, The small swimming pool was at a lower level with an attractive bar and entrance to a spa facility(gym/massage rooms/spa pool and toilets) We made good use of the lounge area especially after returning for a night cap in the late evening with the bar staff pleasant and helpful. On our last day with a late evening flight after noon check out we used this area to relax and unwind. We were next to a group on their laptops clearly busy "working from home"(i.e. using a hotel base -perks of the job no doubt!) Table tennis and pool tables were well utilised by the younger guests The hotel itself has an "eco" feel a little industrial in design (e.g. plastic brick block panels in foyer bar and bath/shower rooms- a bit too dark needed a brighter choice) Rooms All rooms had balconies and some at ground level an innovative "swim too" terrace area. Unfortunately we had one of the few corner rooms with a narrow small angled off balcony which did restrict our view but it was still relaxing to sit and take in the view as the sun moved during the day. The room had a really comfortable bed (two singles together) and the shower/bathroom was excellent. Safe/fridge and tea/coffee facilities all met our needs (we bought some milk from local supermarket).Daily maid service was first class. The only downside to the room was the "open plan" clothes hanging rail and framework along with baskets instead of drawers for small items. Not ideal to have clothes hanging open from a plastic/lit rail that was sagging under the weight. Restaurant The super generous breakfast serving session 8 am to 1 pm gave this hotel a 5 star rating. Perfect if you like a Brunch option and extra time in bed. The choice and quality of the food was superb - Chilled prosecco -Flavoured and chilled water -Full choice of teas and coffees - Full range of cereals/nuts along with fresh fruit/yoghurts/hams cheeses comprehensive salads The local bread and rolls were delicious along with a wide and tasty range of pastries The hot counter supplied high quality bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms, chips, grilled veg, sausages etc along with an omelette and pancake service made to order- nobody could criticise any element of the wide choice available. The counter staff and serving team were also first class. Indoor and outdoor table options were fine but the chairs were a little low and could have dome with higher seat cushions. One criticism was that although we were made aware on checking in of the Spanish law that prohibits guests taking food and alcohol out of the premises .When my wife went to fill her water bottle from the chilled water container she was rather abruptly intercepted by the senior supervisor of the restaurant and told that this was not allowed. If the hotel claims to have an Eco vision then there should be a provision that allows guests to fill their water bottles in the hotel as other Eco hotels we have visited have recognised, There is a clear customer need for personal water provision which is especially important when holidaying in locations with the constant high temperatures. I am sure the Spanish Law did not intend and does not set out to prohibit the taking of water from hotels by guests ? All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Paradiso Gardens
