This hotel is catered mainly for the German nationals, with only the odd English here, but it is a predominantly German resort. The hotels that dater for the English could learn a lot from this hotel on how to look after people, as the room had almost everything we need, apart from a kettle and cups, so we took our own. We stayed half board, for 4 nights, and the food was very good quality, with a good choice, all cooked fresh and was always hot, both at breakfast and evening meals. Weve stayed at some 4* hotels, catered for English, and they weren't as good as this hotel. The real gripe we had tho was the prices of the drinks, very expensive for a hotel, even in the resort we found so much cheaper. Granted, you expect to pay more on the hotel but not €1-1.50 more for a large beer, and this would probably be why the bar was fairly quiet while we were there. If you want entertainment, come here for the comedy show, we'll that's what we thought it was, but it was the disco. In the two nights we see it a chap walks in, pull back the curtains, plug in his laptop and stands there, says nothing, and played the same music on both occasions. Hence to say we upped and went out. Would we stay again... Yes

our room was lovely but the majority of restaurant staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful however the staff on reception were. we were a group of english girls and the hotel was in a very popular german area which we did not know and made us feel rather unsafe. there were silverfish insects in our room on arrival but the rest of the room was fairly tidy. hotel was in a good location, close to the beach, and the rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous. we chose the half board option and the breakfast was a good spread but quite a small selection. dinner at the hotel was not great and you had to PAY FOR DRINKS at dinner at the hotel and in the pizza restaurant where you can also choose to eat dinner as part of the package. the food here was better than the hotel but still not amazing. won’t be returning to this hotel or area of mallorca but the apartment room we had was a great size for our group of 3.
