“Lovely hotel, exceptional staff”

I stayed here for 10 nights on my own and used the hotel as a base for exploring and researching the art and culture of Palma for my own artwork. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and very friendly, especially Abel and Denise, who I chatted with frequently, helping me with my limited Spanish. My single room was lovely and a perfect size for me, the bathroom was great. The balcony looked towards the mountains and airport, over the main road (I loved having so much to see) and was a good size. Excellent housekeeping, my room was always spotless when I returned from the city centre. Good drinks and snack bar overlooking the beautiful pool area. An easy bus ride into the city, there is a stop just outside the hotel,no 23, 2 euros each way. A 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach which felt very safe. Very German area with lots of loud partying in the German bars and restaurants, but, there are some good Spanish places to be found as well. Overall, I had a fantastic time there, it started to feel like home and I was very sad to leave. Would definitely go back to the hotel if I'm in Palma again... I loved staying there.

“Book it!!”
What a great little hotel!.. fabulous pool area and lots of space. Snacks and drinks all reasonably priced and great quality.Hearman and Daniel look after everyone brilliantly! Breakfast great and rooms great.. I’d definitely go back. Book it!!

“Unexceptional, but OK”
Middle-class hotel with quite some potential which sadly isn't used. Style-wise, the photos on the booking website promise more than reality can keep. The pool area is nice. Middle-class hotel with quite some potential which sadly isn't used. Style-wise, the photos on the booking website promise more than reality can keep. The pool area is nice. The rooms are pretty small and have no mini-bar, but the bed is comfy. Friendly staff. But please: I know it's Covid time and end of season, but putting ONE single person on duty for handling both the whole reception and the pool bar, which is located 100m from each other, seems like bad allocation of staff ressources and made me feel unattended, e.g. when I waited for a beer while the poor lady was checking in 6 new customers.
