I have just returned from four nights at this lovely hotel. As a solo lady travelling it is always nice to stay somewhere you feel welcome and safe and I certainly did here. The hotel, including my room, was spotless and the staff incredibly friendly. The waiting staff at breakfast and dinner were especially lovely and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast, served between 8am and 10.30am was delicious, a large choice and always hot. I was pleased to see a coffee bar at breakfast serving freshly ground coffee! I sat outside on the terrace overlooking the pool which was very nice. Dinner was also very good, with a different selection of food each night which again was always hot and fresh. The only downside was that it finishes at 9pm and I would have liked to have eaten a bit later some nights. The pool area was always quiet and you never had to worry about getting a subbed. They played chill out music around the pool and there is a bar for drinks. Again bar staff all very friendly. During the day there is also a food truck around the pool serving burgers other snacks. You are given a pool towel to use which can be changed when needed. This is at no extra cost. My room was spacious for a solo room with a large walk in shower. The air con was very good. My room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. The room was very quiet and I didn't hear anyone in the surrounding rooms. The bed was very comfortable. My view from the 10th floor was amazing. I could watch the sunrise. The beach was a 5 minute walk down the road, together with a whole parade of shops and restaurants. The hotel is in a great location. The airport is 10 mins away by taxi and cost me €15 each way. I took the bus to Palma Town Centre one day which cost around €2 each way and ran frequently. The bus stop is a 3 min walk from the hotel and also goes to the airport if needed. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

we stayed for 7 days in this hotel, we have no complaints! The staff is very kind and available. The pool is very comfortable and relaxing, the gym is quite equipped for a quick holiday workout and the rooms are small, but have everything you need to stay cosy. The restaurant staff is amazing, the food is very good. Every night at dinner we had a different-themed buffet and there was a chef cooking fresh meat, dinner and veggies on the spot for you. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the sea and has either taxis or bicycles. I overall enjoyed this week, i would for sure recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great location in a fairly quiet area, but just a few minutes from bars/ restaurants and great transport links into Palma. “Absolutely loved the island”
The rooms are clean, the food is good and well presented, the attendants are kind, respectful and ready to help when needed. The security of the hotel is also very reassuring even in late hours in the night so people cannot sneak in like they wish.
