“A lovely place to stay”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The location was perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby even though it was November. We took a bus to Palma which took approx 25 minutes and cost 2 euros each way. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were polite and couldn't do enough to help. They were fluent in several languages. The facilities and pool areas were very well maintained and we made full use of the Sky Bar with its amazing views. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide selection of good quality food to cater for every taste. We had a perfect stay. Thank you to everyone involved.

I will not repeat other reviews, the stay was very nice, will just add: - sauna is tiny and basic (which I don't mind but maybe someone is interested to know, it's not a wellness experience), but please put there hooks for hanging your clothes, and some place to put your shampoo - food was a lot and varied but after a few days we noticed they recycle food from 2-3 days ago.. please.. some food we could notice was not fresh and went directly from the plate to the trash.. I would rather have less choice but more quality, I had digestive issues each day even after eating very little, but when we went out to a restaurant I was fine. Definitely not ordering dinner again - the milk glass wall between shower and bedroom we found awkward and impractical, kept waking the other up or no privacy feeling on the toilet.. - there's no sound proofing at least not fun the corridor The rest was great:)

“First stay at this hotel, definitely not my last”
Overall very satisfied about hotel, my stay. unfortunately I had a room with a terrace in the shade, otherwise if would have been excellent.

“Perfect location and price”
The room was perfectly clean. They are a little small but effective. The water pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. Each room is equipped with A/C. The room was perfectly clean. They are a little small but effective. The water pressure was great and never ran out of hot water. Each room is equipped with A/C. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the linens were clean and pillows abundant. The hotel is right on the bus line making commuting to central Palma easy. The aquarium is within a 10 minute walk. The beach is literally across the street. I got the half board, which includes breakfast and dinner. It was served buffet style, and they rotated the menu. The food was great with a variety of selections to choose from. There was always fresh fruit and vegetables available at every meal. Loved it! The staff are helpful with most speaking Spanish, English, and German. The elevators are quite small and are a little slow, so be patient during busy times. There is a small store and gift shop nearby. There are three pools, one being indoors. I'm not sure if room service is available; however, they do serve food to order at the lobby bar. Perfect location for Palma!
