I am from the states and this was the best hotel experience I have had in a very long time! All of the staff I encountered were very helpful, kind and pleasant. The hotel Pamplona was very cleaned and well staffed. My brother and I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2024. Our first interaction to check in went smoothly. I booked our stay through Booking.com and had no problems at the hotel accepting the reservation. Asked for information about a tour company we read about but could not get any information from their site. She went out of her way to help us find information about the tour company. Then told us we have a tour company we use and gave us a booklet of various tours and we found the one we wanted to attend. She booked it for us and even called to ask questions for us. The housekeeper was amazing. In the states they do not clean or pick up towels anymore unless you ask. Not, at this hotel. The housekeeper insisted she clean our room because we were on holiday. Had a lovely conversation with her and she did an excellent job cleaning our room. The dinning room and pool staff were friendly and accommodating. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and had plenty of good food and choices. One day we lounged at the pool and had a delicious plate of nachos which were deliver to us at our lounge chairs and very good cocktails. We had mojitos, sangria and a traditional drink called caipirinha. Highly recommend all of the drinks and the prices were good. Our cocktails were 7 euros and breakfast for 15 euros per person. Cocktails and breakfast along the water cost more and not as good. I also had a 90 minutes massage with a free fascial. It was a special. Highly recommend this relaxing massage. She was kind, gently but gave enough strength when needed during my massage. The spa is at pool side and the facility is clean and calming and my masseuse was very knowledgeable. I have had many massages in the states and this one rates as on of the best. The price was fair for the type of treatment too. 83 euros for 90 minutes with a fascial too. Our room for two was perfect size. We had two twin beds pushed together but each bed came with their own sheets and blanket. The mattress and pillow were so comfortable, the AC worked wonderful, small refrigerator, the bathroom is a nice size. I could not find pictures of the bathroom and was very happy to see that the bathroom was cleaned and well maintained. Blow dryer worked and had plenty of soap and shampoo provided. The balcony was a very good size. Had two chairs a small table along with a drying rack attached to the wall which was very useful. Nice touch. Our view was the pool area and could see the sea, awww a wonderful view, comfortable room and balcony. Would certainly stay again and I will look for the BG hotel chain in other countries. Our room was 303.

“Nice place to stay”

The hotel was lovely. Really clean lots of facilities. Very modern with canopy beds round the pool. Staff very attentive and helpful. Food great especially the breakfast choices. Cater for gluten free guests. Good WiFi. Beach a short walk away

A really nice hotel with pleasant staff ( in particular a helpful and friendly reception team with Fanny a stand out member). Rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast selection plentiful , fresh and tasty. Well positioned in Playa de Palma and mainly populated by German tourists, this proved a very good choice for us and I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

“Hotel close to the beach”

I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel more of a 3 star.Room are quite outdated even for a junior suite.We requested to changed rooms after the first night as we arrived late and they couldn’t do anything about it.We was put in a room right across from the lift so it was noisy.We changed rooms the ne... more

I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel more of a 3 star.Room are quite outdated even for a junior suite.We requested to changed rooms after the first night as we arrived late and they couldn’t do anything about it.We was put in a room right across from the lift so it was noisy.We changed rooms the next day.Room 1306 which was better views of the pool in the next hotel which was huge and ours was so small and everyday after we came back their isn’t enough beds to sunbathe.Only once we managed to get a bed.If you don’t get a junior suite or studio don’t bother.There are nicer 4 star hotels in the area.Area is populated with German tourists and within the hotel which is a nice changed from British tourist. Pro: You get free refill of drinks and water if your in the junior suites Close to the beach Close to the bus stops to get to Palma city 20-30 mins Close to the airport Gym Slippers and bathrobes with the suites Cons: A very small pool area Not enough sun beds for the amount of guest staying at the hotel Outdated rooms 10 euro deposit for iron 10 euro deposit for each towel to use by thr pool
