On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“An extraordinary experience”
The hotel is clean, beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed every evening the special program. The hotel is clean, beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed every evening the special program. The performers and singers were true professionals, and were able to lift our mood and energy. We had an amazing view to the sea. The bed was very comfy. We enjoyed so much the food in the evening, it was extraordinary and delicious. It was very surprising to experience every evening another cuisine and all the variety of different dishes. “excellent.could not fault it”
There is nothing negative to say about this hotel or its staff. Excellent in particular the food and pool area. Plenty of sun beds. 150 metres from the beach where the sunbeds are £38 for 2 beds and the umbrella. Stayed by the poo,, much better for me

We used to be in hotels by Illetas. They have certainly a better bus connection with Palma. As all was sold there, we jumped in this hotel because of the good experience by guests. We used to be in hotels by Illetas. They have certainly a better bus connection with Palma. As all was sold there, we jumped in this hotel because of the good experience by guests. For a short 7 days stay, we must say, that for every day we like the hotel more. The people working here seemed to be very satisfied, and you get a smile wherever you go. As well the organisation was perfect. Wherever you ask for something or help, it is there in moments. The short distance to the beach is no problem. The sunbets at the beach you pay 6€ pr. bed. We have seen it much more expensive in other places. The bus to Palma is even a little problem, as when it finly comes, many times it is full. Solution: find others waiting. A taxi to center Palma (with taximeter) is normally 20€ which you then can deal with others. 10€ , which is not bad, if you compare sith a full stooped bus after waiting long time. The food is nearly the best we have tried, and we have been a lot around the world. We will certainly come back.

“Very nice place for holiday...”
I can recomend this hotel. Pleasant accommodation a comfortable swimming pool with deckchairs and excellent food. The beach is only about 200m from the hotel. A wonderful promenade full of shops and a view of Palma. Direct bus connection to Palma and Aquaria. An ideal place for a vacation.

“Ideal Hotel for Mallorca stay”
Room a little bit small but very clean. Good beds. Food also very good. We'll stay again there, maybe next year. Every evening is entertainment at the Hotel. The beach and the great beach promenade on the Playa is only 150 m away. Car and/or bike rental in 80m.
