The hotel is about 1 hour by car or taxi and I believe 2 hours by coach if your taking a tranfer. We went for private taxi as it’s easier for us as a family. On arrival we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, who all were very helpful through the stay. The place itself was always very clean, we had 2 suites and both were spot on, very spacious and great aircon that work individually in the sitting room and bedroom, nice balcony to watch the sunset go down each night. All inclusive with 2 children, no matter what age is great as they can help them selves and try out different things, always a worry going to some hotels and the food is all very much the same and gets boring after a few days but the food here was very good, a different theme for each of the 5 nights we were there, you can see the chefs cooking the food for you on order, I would recommend the swordfish and also the steaks! As being an island there is fish on the menu every night as well as a mixture of other foods, so you won’t be short of something to eat. It felt very safe for the smaller kids in the kids section, plenty of ice creams, drinks and a bar for the parents. The entertainment seemed fun every night. The location of the the hotel isn’t too bad if you haven’t hired a car. Plenty of places around the area if you do decide to do that. Less than 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach, which was still warm in October, the temperature ranged between 21 to 25 degrees Celsius in the day which was perfect for a last minute sunshine before winter sets in the UK. It’s a 20 minute or so bus journey (324) to the old town Alcúdia, stops off at Port d’Alcudia. Cost around £10 for 4 of us return. And about 1 hour and half to Palma (302), that was around £30 return for 4 of us. The bus stop (Platja De Moro) is 3 minutes away from the hotel. Easy to use public transport, just tap your bank card as you get on the bus and that’s you ready to go but remember to tap that card on the way out you will get fined a small fee. The buses run all night and very efficient. I would definitely go back again.

We have just spent the last few days here and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. 5 minutes walk from a beautiful safe beach and close to shops and bars /eating places. The hotel itself is very clean with basic rooms and a lovely rain shower! Bed are comfy, linen and towels fresh and the rooms are serviced daily. Food is of a high standard for a buffet style of food- having visited quite a few different places I can say that the food here is the best of any of the other Spanish hotels of the same price range. Lots of variety and menu changes daily- Chinese, Indian and traditional Spanish food , along with lots of fresh fruits , salad etc. staff are quick to clear plates from tables and make sure you are looked after at dinner time with drinks etc. all inclusive guests have a good choice of snacks through the day, fresh club sandwiches,crisps, ice creams and drinks on tap. There is a kids club on daily, with a large kids pool and slides, again, pool is spotless and they are out jet washing it every evening after it closes. There is NO litter anywhere, and I would be happy to let my little ones swim here. Staff here are helpful and friendly, and all working incredibly hard. I cannot fault this hotel at all! Not one negative thing to say about it and would like to say thank you to the manager who is running this place so well. We will be back !

Just returned from a fantastic 5 night stay. It was a smaller hotel when we got there than we thought but that actually suited us perfectly - never a struggle to get a sun lounger at any point during the day, the bar and restaurants were never too busy and it has a lovely laid back feel. The food was extremely tasty. The water slides looked a bit small on the photos but our 12 and 7 year olds absolutely loved them - bigger and faster than they look! At first we thought it was a bit strange walking over the road to them but got used to that after literally one minute! Animation team were fantastic - movie quiz was a highlight for us, very funny! Overall, a fantastic hotel, in a brilliant location with a large one bedroom suite. Oh and I didn't really notice the mosquitos (did take spray and bands tho).

“Brilliant hotel”

Just come back from here had an amazing time excellent hotel food was best I’ve had all inclusive the drinks were great the staff were all great and good to get on we great location would definitely recommend and will definitely go back keep up the great work and thanks 👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
