It was an excellent experience!! Hotel is beautyful and clean! Food is good and very versatile! Beach is next to the hotel! Lots of programs every day. Foam party is one of the Best. If you want rest and enjoying yourself with Family, this is your Best choise. Ilda is the Best!

I was not a guest of this hotel I only walked into the sports bar because I was looking for somewhere to drink and watch the football. The staff was so nice behind the bar they could see I was not from the hotel and welcomed me so nicely, I looked at the resort and wished I had booked here now for my holiday. I did not want to drink at my own hotel the staff was rude and gave you plastic cups here it was very professional,clean tall glasses and the staff was dressed very smartly and interacted with you with a smile.

“Great place for family trip.”

Great place for adults and children. We ve been there with 3 and 6yo kids. Really good food, drinks and animations. Clean rooms, beautiful view. Kindly staff- thanks a lot guys for your service! Water in the pool was cold, but we ve been there in the beginning of May.

“Avoid paying extra for a suite with terrace!”

Avoid paying extra for a ‘suite’! Fairly disappointed. Avoid paying extra for a ‘suite’! Fairly disappointed. We had a family junior suite with terrace and there is No floor space inside, but a massive terrace (which is right next door to some huge generators/extractor fans from the kitchen, so you can’t sit outside peacefully). We paid a hefty supplement for a suite thinking we’d get more practical space. Don’t be under the same illusion as we were! Other members of our party had more basic rooms than us, and they were more spacious! For a family room, it has inadequate drawers/shelving and you’re tripping over each other. We were booked as 2 adults 2 children, with given ages, but no bed guard in the room (Had to ask multiple times for this). We came back to the room to freshen up prior to lunch and the room hadn’t been cleaned-despite the sign on the doorstep since 9am. It was then gone 1pm and our baby needed a nap in the room in the afternoon. They clearly don’t have enough housekeeping staff if they can’t get rooms done by 1pm. Other members of the party also suffered from late housekeeping-and they were staying Star Prestige! As for reception, very pleasant staff, but we had to ask 3 times to actually get anything done! Our safe didn’t work. We’ve asked 3 times for a bathroom step, multiple times for a bed guard and for the guy to come and fix the safe. When the bathroom step did arrive, it was impractical. The place is Full of mosquitos-I know this can’t be helped, just annoying! Take plenty of repellant. Restaurant is ok. Range of food is good, but quite spread out. Avoid the benches…(the table will be the same height as your mouth!). Also the juices for breakfast are only at one end, so unless you want to get in your 10,000 steps at breakfast alone, try to sit up that end. With two children and a party of 7, I felt like all I did was walk at mealtimes! Pool area is ok. Definitely bring water shoes as the place is dangerously slippery. Also, much to our annoyance, people take no notice of the signs that you’re not allowed to reserve sunbeds, and there’s towels spread across multiple sunbeds early morning. Ridiculous. You also have to pay for sunbeds on the beach. The amount of money we paid for this holiday, we didn’t expect that. Little things that you’d expect from a 4* family hotel just weren’t in place. Things like a step in the public toilets so little ones can wash their hands. I had to do what others did and make my toddler stand on the side because it was too dirty, wet and sandy for them to sit on the side. I definitely won’t be back.
