After reading reviews we were a little worried, but everything was better than expected. Rooms were nice and spacious, cleaned every day. All the pools were great especially the adult only pool and plenty of sunbeds and space for everyone, even if you didnt come down untill lunch. We were all inclusive and found the restaurant food great, always a lot of choice at breakfast, lunch and tea. The stuffed peppers in a tomato sauce were lovely. Most food was labelled and if you dont know what it is try it and if you dont like it try something else you can change your plate and go up again. If you have allergies speak to the staff. Drinks were nice rose, sangria, estrella to note unless you ask for alcohol in cocktails they will be alcohol free, we didnt realise this for a few nights lol. Entertainment is fab kids disco, Bingo then an act. I didnt think it was over loud and generally any noise finished at 12, we were over looking the pool. If you do think its loud just shut the patio doors or go to a hotel that doesnt do Entertainment. 10 minute walk to the beach or free shuttle bus, wouldn't recommend getting the main bus to Alcudia always busy, easier and less stressfull to get a taxi 10/15 Euros. I would definitely recommend and would return again. Staff are friendly and helpful

OK to save time reading this, if you want peace and quiet away from kids enjoying themselves look elsewhere. First impressions, all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Common areas including pool were fairly clean and tidy. The main pool is split to cater for better swimers as well as the main part for general play. There is also an adult pool across the entrance drive.Bedroom,think Premier inn then add a third +balcony. Unfortunately the bed itself was not Premier inn standard but comfortable enough. The rooms were serviced daily by friendly staff. Entertainment, if your kids like joining in with activities they are well catered for. The entertainment staff worked their socks off all day to keep them amused and deserve full credit. The night time entertainment was first class with various talented artists. If you want to venture out then there is a nice sandy beach 15 minute walk away or take the shuttle bus provided by the hotel.Now the important bit FOOD. omg what an incredible selection of food of good quality and quantity. A hugh shout out to catering manager Sergio and his staff who worked hard to keep everything topped up and tables cleared.My wife has an intolerance to garlic, and when alerted to this a specially prepared meal was made available to her. This went above and beyond their remit. They probably won't thank me for mentioning this, but it was much appreciated. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone ( I just hope there is space when I come to revisit). Well done everyone connected to this place.

Good hotel. Nice pools no early guests take all the sunbeds nonsense. Friendly staff and great entertainment for both kids and adults. Free busride to the beach. Kids club was a major plus. We stayed with all inclusive access which made it very comfortable. Food was average and many things were not labeled in the dining area. No tea or coffee in the room was bit of a letdown considoring its a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean and there is a small supermarket inside of hotel which was great. Entertainment at night is quite loud so if you are a early bird ask for a quiet room. Overall very well kept hotel, clean and the staff were very friendly. We would definitly stay here again.
