Our third visit to this wonderful hotel and I certainly hope it won't be our last. The setting is so lovely. The pool and the gardens are beautifully maintained and are a wonderful place to relax. From the grounds you can walk straight onto the beach or across the road into S'Albufera Nature Reserve which is the most important wetland area in the Balearic Islands and fantastic for birdwatching. The rooms are all well equipped and very clean. Service is excellent and what can I say about the food-wonderful with lots of themed evenings. Superb

“You cannot improve on perfection.”

This hotel is our ‘go to’ place. We have been lucky enough to visit 4 times over the years. The staff are wonderful the food is brilliant and so so much to choose from. Everything about Parc Naturel & Spa is just perfect. You cannot improve on perfection.

This is one of the most consistently good hotels we have ever visited (6 times in 14 years). The facilities are as good as the brochure and other publicity suggest, but give no idea how friendly and helpful all the management and staff are, nor how comfortable and well-equipped the large and well planned rooms are. Easy access to the vast beach is a plus, but the large, rambling pool is tempting enough to stay put! (No souless rectangle here). The food and catering are sufficiently imaginative to cater for almost any tastes and the recent addition of an open-air terrace for breakfast and dinner makes the whole holiday experience a real pleasure. But none of this describes the friendly atmosphere that can so easily vanish in a 5 star hotel. Key staff remain for years and the senior management are visible and active daily (including even table-clearing when needed!) Neither of us are disabled, so cannot comment from direct personal experience but what we have seen regularly and daily is spontaneous and pro-active thoughtfulness and active assistance for those who are. Probably not a hotel for older, teenage children who might need a more active environment - the guests do tend to be slightly older - though the younger children seem very happy and are well=catered for both as regards food and activities.
