“Excellent family hotel!”

We stayed here for a week in September with our two year-old. It's an excellent hotel for children - the place feels like it focuses on families, and accommodates children everywhere. Overall, the hotel was mostly great, with a few minor issues. Food/Restaurants: Really good, and plentiful. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. Great cheese and olives! There is food everywhere, all day long. We really enjoyed sitting outside at the beach restaurant. The desserts were not good though - mostly cream cake and cheap ice cream. Pools: The children's pool was strangely cold, but the main pool was a pleasant temperature. There are pools everywhere, so you won't struggle to find somewhere to swim! The sea is the main attraction, though. It's less than a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and is vast, with beautiful sand. Location: Nice location with excellent access to buses. There's a supermarket built into the hotel, and another a short walk away. Taking the bus towards Port d'Alcudia will reveal and endless row of bars/restaurants and souvenir shops/supermarkets. You can easily travel from this hotel to Alcudia on the bus. There is also a bus connection to Palma. I’d recommend hiring a car, though, as the bus services struggle to meet capacity – we had buses drive past us several times because they were too full to accept any more passengers. However, hiring a car incurs issues with parking and road congestion. Facilities for children: The hotel also has a baby room (for changing, and playing, etc), and a great playground. For older kids, there are also trampolines. My only complaint about the hotel is regarding the pool bar, which was open in the evening, but not accepting all-inclusive guests. So I had to walk to the main bar area to get a drink. We were on holiday with a small toddler, who was sleeping, so we spent our evenings on our balcony. The staff at this bar were not busy – seems that all of the pressure is put on the main bar, and the pool bar is a quiet, relaxing night for the employees.

“Not 4 star”

We booked this hotel thro the Tui shop telling them our preferences in a 4* A/I holiday. It was not a 4* but 3* as it stated outside the hotel. We booked this hotel thro the Tui shop telling them our preferences in a 4* A/I holiday. It was not a 4* but 3* as it stated outside the hotel. We asked for evening entertainment this was centred around the children till approx 9.30pm after that there was nothing not even piped music at the bar, very disappointing. Staff were good, food Ok, Tapas evening very good, room comfortable and clean. We usually go 4* A/I and have never experienced such lack of entertainment. Will never go again 😠

Stayed at this hotel end of September for two weeks, all inclusive. Arrived around 1am and was told food was out in restaurant. Cold meats were warm and loads of flies around the drinks machines. Went to room where we found it to be dated in the kitchen and bathroom (better pictures shown online of kitchen). The main bedroom had damp on wall. Stains on curtains and couch bed cover. The snack bar was closed within a few days of staying here meaning the kids couldnt get hot dogs etc without having to pay at the takeaway area. The outside restaurant closed at night due to “end of season.” This resulted in the main restaurant being absolutely hectic at dinnertime causing us to eat out. Food was ok, bit repetitive but was served raw pork one night. Bar only serves two alcoholic drinks per person at one time and the queue at the pool bar was horrendous. The hotel must be run purely on profit as I have never heard rules like this before. TUI advertised this hotel to have a softplay. No, the softplay is now the towel room which my small children were very disappointed with. Won’t be staying here again. It is advertised by TUI as 4 star T’s. It’s not, it’s a 3. To end on a positive note my children loved the pools and the TUI entertainment staff were amazing. They really do a lot for this hotel.
