We had a good time in the restaurants it was a great holiday I really enjoyed my stay there good pool nice beach good staff bus stop outside the hotel to alcudia shop on site basketball court decent food lots of good music in the nightclub games room for the arcade games

“Disappointing All Inclusive Hotel”

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with Tui as an all inclusive, with great facilities. The transfer took a lot longer than stated & we passed the hotel at least twice before we were dropped off. We arrived at 1300hrs only to be told that we couldn’t get into our room until 1500hrs because it wasn’t ready. When we asked where we could leave our luggage, we were directed to a baggage room where we had to pay €1 to use the locker. When we asked reception for some change, they said they couldn’t help, so despite paying for all inclusive we had to purchase something from the shop in order to safely store our cases. We were told that the room was ready at 1500hrs, but when we got to it, it was still being cleaned so we had to hang around in the corridor for another 30mins. This was extremely disappointing because other people were able to go to their rooms as early as 10am the following day. When we raise this with our rep, we were told that check in is at 1500hrs which is stated in the website. This is not the case as the hotels site says check in is from 1400 & everyone else on our coach was able to access their rooms on arrival. We paid to upgrade the room to a sea view suite, it was a nice size but there were a number of faults that we had to complain to reception about. The air conditioning sensor on the sliding door was hanging off & the toilet roll holder in the bathroom was also hanging off of the wall. We informed reception about this but it was not fixed during our stay. There are 2 buffet restaurants which offered a selection of food, but it was the same every day & they don’t cater that well for special dietary requirements. The Tui site stated that gluten free food is easily available, this is not the case unless you specifically ask a member of staff every time you want to eat, it would be helpful to be given a list of all available options. I wouldn’t say that it is worth paying for all inclusive! A lot of the things on site you have to pay for (coffee, snacks etc) & there is no tea/coffee or other drinks in the room. We were provided with 1 bottle of water in the room on arrival, but this isn’t replaced & the expectation is for you to fill the empty bottle yourself from the machines but this is not explained to you on arrival. Overall I would say that this is the worst all inclusive hotel that I have paid for & would advise to book either half board or self catering. The location is great, the beach is accessible from the hotel, but there are no adult only pools so this hotel would be best suite families.
