On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

I stayed here 07/03/25 - 10/03/25 on my first ever solo trip - and I am delighted that I chose to stay here. Upon arrival, the staff were immediately warm welcoming and happy to help where necessary. HOTEL: - The hotel is amazing. It takes your breath away as soon as you walk through reception. - There is a large bar area for you to relax with additional seating outside around the pool. - Just outside of the bar is an entertainments area. - The restaurant is also of good size, and again, the staff were incredible with the service they had to offer. ROOMS: - I stayed in a double room for single use, and this surprised me at how spacious it was. The bed and cushions provided are a dream - you’ll not want to get out of bed in the morning it’s that comfortable! - There is plenty of sockets situated around the room, with additional lighting (mostly spotlights) if necessary. - My room had a nice little desk area for people who may need this for some kind of business trip. RESTAURANT: - Depending on how picky you are with food - regardless - there is a wide variety for you to choose from. Of course, it’s all freshly made! - The seating area is comfortable, and there’s plenty of space too for the peak/busy times. For those of you who like to get out and about, the beach is just a short 10 minute walk down the road from the hotel. I hope to stay here again in the future.

You’ll need to make sure you pre-book your return's taxi as we got ripped off by one in the airport. It’s an hour from the airport. The beach was not far away, 0 min walk. Sandy beaches, the resort was near Alcúdia.

We had a suite which was very nice. It had a separate bedroom with a door and a small living room area that opened onto a corner balcony. We did not get a look at the standard rooms though. The entire staff was outstanding and were either fluent in English or enough so that there was never a language barrier although we had started Spanish classes 2 months beforehand just in case. The facilities were spotless and well maintained. The food was excellent and plentiful. We only caught one evening show, but it was very enjoyable.

Dear [Hotel Management], Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback regarding our recent holiday at your lovely hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would like to offer a few suggestions that I believe could enhance future stays. Firstly, we were a bit disappointed to find there was no tea-making facility in our room. While we learned that tea can be provided for a fee of 5 euros per day, it would be great if this service were included in the room rate. Having tea readily available would significantly enhance the comfort of the stay. Additionally, I wanted to bring attention to the smoking policy. While I appreciate that you have designated smoking areas, it seems many guests prefer to smoke near their sunbeds. This can be quite challenging for non-smokers trying to enjoy their vacation. It might be helpful to reinforce the importance of using designated areas to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the environment. Lastly, I noticed that tea was served in plastic Bar glasses at the pool bar area when sitting at the bar and not taking to the pool. Offering drinks in proper cups would elevate the experience. Many other hotels provide this service, and it contributes to a more enjoyable atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, we truly appreciated the fantastic staff, wonderful food, and immaculate cleanliness of your hotel. While our experience was overshadowed by these few points, we hope you take this feedback into account as you strive for excellence. Thank you for your attention, and we wish you continued success! Best regards, David B
