Perfect 10day holiday for us as a couple in our 50s..travelled july 24. Perfect 10day holiday for us as a couple in our 50s..travelled july 24. We.d last visited 1991.our 1st family holiday abroad.therefore ,it was a nostalgic trip tbh.emailed prior asking for high up sea view room. Got a room on the 4thfloor.perfect.Breathtaking views of 3 palma nova bays and palma to right in distance. Room had been redone we were told. However couldve been tweaked. .no bedside table on my side of the bed.(i used luggage table as a make do )..no dressing table mirror.plug socket came out of wall. This did not detract from fabulous hotel.location.food and staff. No safe in room. But ,installed as soon as i informed reception. Spotless,daily room cleaning service.comfortable beds.quiet sea view room.overlooking pool & poolside bar. We were all inclusive..booked before 16th may, so only 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch anddinner.that was wine(bottled rose, red or white) or tap beer at lunch and dinner.tbh.no one monitored how many glasses you had. It was fine.food outstanding.Best all inclusive we've had.freshly cooked onelettes, pancakes at breakfast.amazing salads. Great variety at every meal. Always hot. Spotless. Food replenished constantly..welcomed at restaurant by lovely Adolfenso and Santiago.thank you .poolside bar....lovely. we had plenty of cappuccinos and water throughout the day.soft drinks available on our all inclusive at that time.also poolside snacks. Ham cheese toasties.pizzas.chips etc. Waitresses v attentive.as were the lovely reception staff Activity/ animation staff so lovely.special mention to Yorkshire Charlotte (thanks a million) .Loved her daily aquafit,and italian Alberto's aqua zumba and ukrainian Nastiaa's aqau relax.such lovely animation staff. They chatted to everyone at poolside. All very talented and multilingual .So lovely..tbh.all staff were helpful and attentive .very polite.My hubby enjoyed the rifle & archery sessions and paddle boarding with Alberto. Really lovely staff throughout hotel. Won a couple quizzes at poolside .. with voucher for free meals in evening at poolside Italian restaurant.waiter service there. Excellent.freshly cooked.many thanks. Terrace stunning overlooking 3 palma nova bays.beautiful sunset enjoying a cocktail after dinner. I love swimming./aquafit. the long pool.if you go in early, is amazing to get your lengths in. Showers x 2 at poolside.toilets at poolside clean...(clen and don't smell .despite one reviewers comments).we had to get our sunbeds at 830-9am.wasnt any after that.although would've got beds at the sister hotel opposite. The hotel is situated in the most perfect location. To the right..sea facing...is a small private shingle beach( lighting at sunset stunning)...from the poolside. steps down to the sea.. to the left is a walkway within 50 yards to the 1st golden sandy beach ,next to that Is where you get boat trip to take you out to swim in the sea .lovely little bars next door for afternoon.evening drinks..truly is an amazing holiday location.there were groups of younger travellers ,(well behaved but loving life) who may have been enjoying the magaluf nightlife , but was perfect for any age tbh. Lovely daytime walk along the 3 bays from our hotel along to the marina (prob 40 min walk).. walked along magaluf bay early one morning too(v v seep walk back along torrenova,by the tower).local spa and shops to get snacks and bottled water Check put 1030am.our flight was 2330pm.but allowed full use of all inclusive until departure. Used shower/ dressing room prior to flight sister hotel across road.plug socket there to use your own hairdryer.i had my own travel mirror as wasn't near wall mirror .Towels provided.cases secured for day in cctv luggage room.Fantastic location.was truly the perfect location and food staff etc. Many thanks Leonardo Royal staff (formerly hotel Hamaii when we 1st visited 1991) you exceeded my expectations..wouldn't hesitate to return. thank you all
