“Wonderful 2nd hotel ”
We moved here from the globales palmanova palace and these hotels are black and white in comparison. The decor is tasteful and modern with new clean furniture, the beds comfortable and the rooms and hotel grounds are impeccable. The food here us definitely world's apart too. I'm sure globales hot… more
We moved here from the globales palmanova palace and these hotels are black and white in comparison. The decor is tasteful and modern with new clean furniture, the beds comfortable and the rooms and hotel grounds are impeccable. The food here us definitely world's apart too. I'm sure globales hotels all use the same supplier so I'm confused as to why the palmanova palace food is terrible but the santa Lucia is amazing. After moving to this hotel we very rarely ate out, however at the prior hotel we had to eat out at every meal. If you are considering this hotel it is well worth the extra money

“Would not come a again staff not not interested in service and staff don't look happy ned to change the loungers outside”
This hotel I give it 3 poor hotel standards not pleased with swimming pool and sun loungers food poor not hot enough cards in doors don't work some staff in canteen don't care about levels of service pegeons on out side by food should just be in doors would not stay here again not happy paying ex… more
